This one was so good! I always feel like I didn't work hard enough if I work out less than 30 minutes but this was so sweaty and with a killer end I didn't mind the 24 minutes ❤

Hi Anna, thank you for this awesome tabata exercise. I'm a 52 year old woman and I love love love your exercise sessions because they can be intense but short combining resistance and cardio, building up gently. It ticks all the boxes for a menopausal woman like me!! Long live to Growinannas!

Great workout! Really pushed the limits.
I skipped some workout in between and added a more easier variations at the end because i was feeling as i was about to faint.

@growingannanas I LOVE your workouts! I am in my fifties and have bad knees but have been an athlete all my life so its sometimes hard to find workouts I can do that also feel challenging. There are some occasions where I have to modify but I love your music and your combination of exercises. I always feel better after I have done one of your workouts! Thank you!
