When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.
Music was FANTASTIC!! It was hard!!! Only fun for the first 10 min then I started wondering why on earth I do this to myself 😂 then I finish and I’m so proud! Thanks Anna!

I always thought I could not do jumping and all that stuff, but your workouts were so motivating I just tried. Now I can do it! :) :) :)

The music motivates me over the top and even through those behated jump squats and - lounges. Though, jumping into a high plank and back in a squat is a range, no thruster 😅
OMG I am so exhausted, amazing haha xD But I would like to have other exercises included (for example sth for the back and not "only" jumping). Anyways I learned some really nice new excercises and I will do them again:) Thank you very much!
