HELLO EVERYONE! LED ZEPPELIN “DAZED AND CONFUSED” FIRST TIME LISTENER REACTION RELEASES TOMORROW! I HOPE YOU’RE THERE TO EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME LISTENING TO THIS ENGLISH ROCKBAND! 🤘🤘🔥 Thank you so much for liking and subscribing and your generous support! My channel has EXPLODED with fans of Pink Floyd and people with great music taste. I want to say I appreciate you and your time! As well as you comment suggestions on what I should view next! I’m so blessed to have you here. And I hope you subscribe to my channel so I can experience these moments with you as I journey through time and enjoy your favorite music! 🤘🎶
@TheVan453 indeed, Animals is sometimes not included alongside Pink Floyd's big three of Dark Side, Wish you were here and The Wall. Personally it is Probably my favourite PF album, "Pigs:three different ones " being my favourite track. The album as a whole is a match for the other three, and to be fair I'd probably include Meddle and make it a big five.To have 5 albums of such quality is pretty matchless, for me only The Beatles have more brilliant albums in their catalogue than PF
You wonder where this has been all your life. I'm 6+ decades in and can't remember a time where Pink Floyd wasn't a part of my life. Welcome to Floyd Nation, it's a journey that never gets old.
You have made a 70 year old Pink Floyd fan since they first formed in 1965 London England very very happy I'm so glad that you enjoy the greatest progressive rock band that has ever existed on planet earth.
I’m glad I could make you happy! I’m truly having a great time discovering them for the first time and I’m super glad I could entertain you in this! Thank you for commenting and liking the video. I truly appreciate your time 🤘
I’ve listened to them since ‘71. I have grown to appreciate them even more through the Pulse concert. Just regular guys dressed like they are going to mow grass playing excellent music together. Top notch performance and great reaction.
Thank you for enjoying the reaction! I’ll be sure to keep producing them! And isn’t it awesome that music can transcend time like this and still reach newer generations? I keep hearing they were truly ahead of their generation!
They surely are climbing my personal chart of favorite bands. On this channel, it’s my new found goal to explore music throughout the ages and reconstruct my personal favorites! Thank you for being here. I really appreciate your presence and insight on this channel!
This song is so heavily nostalgic. Anyone familiar with the history of the band will recognize or at least interpret the visuals and the lyrics and the music as carrying a lot of weight. The gong reminds me of Roger Waters on A Saucerful of Secrets (Live at Pompeii). Syd Barrett, the lines "The endless river, forever and ever", burning bridges, "the myriad small creatures" and so on. Such a fitting last song on their last album. And David Gilmour. Who else can go from an acoustic guitar and then jump straight into a lap steel. Thirty years ago feels like yesterday.
I also took a special interest in the gong as well as Mr. Gilmour hopping onto a WHOLE DIFFERENT instrument and doing extremely well on that as well. It really blew my mind. I’m thankful your special insight on this music as well as your experience! Thank you for commenting and liking the video!
Dark Side Of The Moon, was their first megahit concept story album, it's basically one long song with 10 named sections we'll call songs,. It is best heard straight through so you can follow the story and the vibe. It actually can be broken into 2 sides of the album, each side is 19 minutes, I'm sure u can do that,, and make 2 reactions, would be bigly viewed.
I am almost 72 and I listen to Pink Floyd “everyday” … especially this concert. Every song is a masterpiece. My top 5 bands (all time) are…..Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Steely Dan, Kansas, Toto, with Peter Gabriel’s “Secret World Tour live album” very close to breaking into the mix (it is breathtaking). Any of these bands will get you many subscribers and new fans. Trust me, this is where the gold is.😎🎶🎸🇨🇦
It truly is an otherworldly experience. I’m super lucky to have gotten into them when I did! I feel like PF makes it so unfair when you compare their music to todays music 😅🤘
Next: pulse live „Shine on you crazy diamond“ or „Keep Talking“! (for Pink Floyd, I would always go for the live versions to get the full experience including the visuals!)
Im so sorry you were never exposed to this band and their music sooner, i cant imagine never getting to see them live, or anxiously awaiting a new song from them. You remind me of how blessed my generation is for having this music as a part of our life's soundtrack. Im happy that this music is preserved for future generations to experience. Welcome my son, welcome to the machine.
Welcome to the Floydian multiverse! I've been listening to them since -69 and are still amazed... My suggestion is to begin with their album "Dark side of the moon" , split in two videos. Then "Wish You Were Here" in the same way. Pure joy... and we will be happy to guide you along with funfacts and more info on the way. Nice to watch the birth of a new Floyd-fan!
I love fans like you guys cause you guys are so welcoming!!🤘 I will most definitely take your suggestions and guidance! Thank you for being here and enjoying the video.❤️🤘
@@killbimu One day maybe you will get the chance to listen to their song ECHOES. It’s more than 20 minutes long. They even performed Echoes live in an ancient coliseum in Pompeii (with no audience) when they were around 25 years old.
@@keyrat1753 Yep. Yet, the best performance of "Echoes" I know of, and the one I'd suggest to listen to (and watch), is the one from David's DVD "Live in Gdansk", which also happen to be the last one David will ever perform, as he stated after, a few months later, Rick Wright passed away. 🙂
Thank you for the great reaction. PF has been my favorite band, by far, since I first heard them in 1971. Their Meddle album turned me into a forever Floydian.
Unmatched genius, Pink Floyd is not JUST music , they were an EXPERIENCE . Depp Rabbit Hole , to wonder into , enjoy , they were MAGICAL , and Ethereal.

Great reaction, I really enjoy seeing young people get Floydized. Listen to Dark Side of the Moon from start to finish. You’ll definitely close your eyes and go on a journey.
I surely will! Someone gave me the advice on listening to the album front to back for a video and I’m definitely leaning more towards it🤘 I appreciate your time for watching and liking the video. As well as commenting!
Love watching you experience this KB. I'm here for it! Old farts, like me, sometimes get it right, and we're so glad the young generation can share in this with us.
Thank you for enjoying it again with me! I really like this song and I loved recording this reaction. Pink Floyd has really grown on me. Thank you for your comment again!🤘
Pink Floyd is cerebral and highly emotional music and it's amazing that they were able to sustain that brilliance for decades. You've got so much beautiful music ahead of you. There are so many I want to suggest but for now, if you want some of that genius Gilmour playing Hey You and Dogs are great choices.
As a lifelong fan of the Floyd and having seen The Wall tour at Wembley and this Pulse concert in Earls Court London, this song is very emotional as its about the beginning of the band is the university city of Cambridge , looking back at that time . Its also the last track on their last studio album . I dont know if it was the last song recorded however
@@killbimuNot sure there was a Pulse version, but there is a 2019 re-edit of this song from Delicate Sound of Thunder (also live) that is on-par with C-Numb.
I'm really enjoying seeing the joy on your face throughout the entirety of the Floyd tracks that you've so far reviewed. I first heard Pink Floyd when I was about 15 years old. I'm 65 now, and I've never tired of listening to their music, or of shedding a tear at the raw emotion which it invokes in me. It will change your life, for the better, forever.
It’s been such an awesome experience. And I’m so glad you like my reactions so far! I’ll be sure to keep churning them out and help you rediscover your favorite music through my eyes and ears!
@6:50 "This changed my life." Well brother, in a way, PF changed my life as well, albeit over 40 years ago. Simply put, they are just on a whole other level, almost another dimension, both musically and sonically, with David's singing and playing taking it to the highest of heights. Do yourself a huge favor and check out David's solo output, in particular "On an Island" That shit will take you far, far away...to a very good place😎
I'm glad to witness your journey down the Pink Floyd rabbit hole, When you do have time to listen to an album, any album, I Hope that you are able to lower the lights, turn off your phone, lay back get your ear buds or headphones on, get comfortable and start the album, relax and enjoy the journey, it will touch your Heart, Spirit and Soul my Friend, looking forward to hearing how you make out with that, God Bless.
This is a very nice and instructive comment. I can’t wait to experience it through this channel and on my own some. I truly have fell in love with this band and I think they are amazing. I’m super excited to do first time listens on Led Zeppelin and The Beatles with many many more. Thank you for your insight and I appreciate your presence in the comment section!
A little background on this concert. I saw them on the same tour at the Oakland Arena/Colossium complex, California in 94. (Be jealous. 😉) giant arenas like this were packed 5 to 7 days in a row. Mean while identical stages were in the process of leap frogging across the United States. It took 3 days to dismantle and 5 to assemble. I dont remember how many semi trucks it took. A lot. The stage itself with the giant arch and the circular screen is meant to resemble a giant eye. The laser mirror aparatuses on the stage are meant to resemble eylashes. Now imagine the laser lights springing up from them!? The circular screen is fully adjustable and does move periodically theoughout the concert. Most notably tilting so far foraward as to be flat right above David during the Comfortably Numb solo. The light cannons on the screen also move independantly to each other. The front of the stage also is lit with giant lights behind rotating slats. Davids rotating amp.speakers are polished to a brilliant shine and reflect spots pointed at them to great flashing effect. The sound system was complete surround. Semi trailer sized speaker systems were set up on the rims of the arenas or mounted above the heads of concert goers. This provided not only sound projected from the stage, but also an immersive surround sound far more complex than used in top of the line cinema theaters. You could actually hear a push lawn mower moving back and forth across the vast expanse of the baseball field and chart its progress by sound only even though no actual lawn mower was present. The field was covered with general seating!! The disco ball seen in Comfortably numb is the largest working disco ball in the world. As you notoced it also turns into an exploding lotus flower. For my concert, it was mounted on a plinth in the center of the arena. Not hung from the cieling. The effect was the same. The lasers used in the concert were at the time brand new never been seen before. Colors that had not been ever used in concert or anywhere for that matter. The pedalsteel guitar David uses in this song is heard on the studio album "The Division Bell" for this song. He had never played one before. He had one purchased and 5 hour later recorded this studio track. He then took the instrument on tour. That is how versatile he truly is. So now you can see just what kind of experience a Pink Floyd Concert truly was. Cheers!
From a very very old metal Rock head. Keep in mind this is your journey in experiencing Pink Floyd and I’ve been listening to PF for well past 55+ years and I heard them studio, live and of course the Dark Side of The Moon front to back it is a concept album but believe me I’ve heard PF song thousands of times over a half century of time their songs are a experience for that moment of time, the next time down the road the same song will move and change your experience. That’s the magic of Pink Floyd. So no one’s wrong suggesting you listen to Darkside of the moon from start to finish. Keep in mind my Mantra is, “MY FAVORITE PINK FLOYD SONG IS THE LAST ONE IVE LISTENED TO!” I will suggest staying with the live and my humble suggestions are all of course Pulse concert, Run Like Hell, Sorrow Time and Learning to Fly for starters. Whatever song you chose I guarantee it will affect you but it’s always a good feeling because it’s connecting you to emotions that you didn’t know you had or not aware of. Sadness, depression lost loves, or even death they connect you to what is a celebration of life and how magical wonderful and precious life is. Good luck on your journey and your not going down a rabbit hole but a wormhole because Pink Floyd is in my humble opinion songs shows etc never get old they just mature like a fine wine and you appreciate even more the older you get! God Bless Rock On Stay Safe!🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
You’re so awesome for this nicely constructive comment. Thank you for the encouragement and your personal opinions on what I should do and how I should do it. Comments like these help me massively on my first time experience with music like this as well as putting on entertainment for folks like yourself that love to see entertainers rediscover music that you hold close to your heart. I appreciate it, and god bless you as well 🤘🤘🤘
Been enjoying your reactions alot! Next has to be: SORROW, LEARNING TO FLY and SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND, all from the same 1994 Pulse concert. Keep going!
I really enjoyed seeing this comment pop up on my phone. Super sweet. I will most definitely keep doing reactions as well as checking out some of these songs. Thank you so much and I hope to keep you around! God bless🤘🤘
Honestly, watching people "feel" it for the first time brings me to tears. We all have songs that don't connect with us, one of the ones for me was "Great gig in the sky". I dismissed it for years, these days, I can't listen without a lump in my throat. So glad to see someone half my age listening to, actually hearing and feeling the gift that is Pink Floyd.
I remember when this song came out in '94, it made me a PF fan for life. There's nothing like a Gilmour solo, and this is one of his best. The whole Pulse concert is a masterpiece, and Gilmour's solo concerts are also amazing (especially the 2006 tour).
Oh man, this ALWAYS makes me cry. It reminds me the "good time" when I was 14, with my friends (some of them already "gone" now). And I'm 48. Anyway, if you want to really feel something deep, listen to "The great gig in the sky" and think that's about a person dying.
Glad to see your appreciation for this!!! You mentioned earlier you might be checking out "Run Like Hell" from this Pulse concert. It's a hard driving song and remember that it is a visual experience!! I saw Pink Floyd on this Pulse tour, and highly also recommended "Take It Back" and "Us and Them" from this concert. "Us and Them" will transport you to another level! Absolutely beautiful!!!
My friend, been listening Pink Floyd, since i was 8, will be 50 tomorrow, and i have neve listen to a bad song. Experience after experience after experience....
The first half is great too buddy. Keep listening to this over and over. The more you listen the more you hear. The musicianship is extraordinary. This is live friggin 30 years ago ! Pure gold.
Cant go wrong with PF...I started in the 70's and guess who is my favorite, seen then mid 80's and Pulse 94. keep living the dream....any song any version...."Time" the record, Live at Pompii (70's) see them younger, trip with SYD very early Pink Floyd
Need to listen to dark side of the moon. It's 50 year anniversary was last year. Listen to the whole album start to finish. Idk if you'll listen to it in 1 sitting. But edit the video so we see all your reactions in 1 long video.
I keep hearing about this!!! I definitely think it is now a requirement to check out the Pompeii experience! Thank you for the suggestion and insight!❤️🤘
In the coming time every new PF song will be your new personal favorite😅. This is ‘new’ PF; without Roger Waters. What you will not have are the ‘biting’ lyrics by Waters but musically, it’s friendlier. I still prefer the older PF. The Wall was almost a solo album by Waters. The final cut has the name PF as band but it’s a full solo album by Waters. Listen to the album Meddle. Side two contains the best song they’ve ever made: Echoes. Listen to this studio version first before you listen to the live version on Live at Pompeiï
"Wearing the Inside Out" from The Division Bell is something of a hidden gem. The lyrics include 3 different points of view. The link below is for a live performance from Gilmour's On an Island solo tour. Rick Wright (keys) is original Floyd and Dick Parry (sax) appeared on Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here. ua-cam.com/video/5N7Asm83Gfs/v-deo.htmlsi=LOuJWJc4ifl_ZaIe
There are so many great songs from Pulse, but High Hopes has to be the best of them (and it’s not even my favorite PF tune). The instrumentals, singing and production quality is flawless. The only other one that comes close is “Sorrow”. Really love this rendition
Will do! I keep hearing differing opinions on what version to listen to, but so far the opinions on the studio version have been a lot louder than the former. Thank you for your comment! 🤘
ty for the post, great reaction // please don't get overwhelmed, lotsa time ,,,.. perhaps expand a bit to some others, take a look at Led Zeppelin - Kashmir Live from Celebration Day .. . just a suggestion your in for some fun
Just wait until you discover Echoes my man. Studio version, Live in Pompeii, live in Gdansk. You honestly can’t go wrong and I can tell that you will any and all of those three versions. And as someone else shared, Dogs is also my favorite. As is Sheep, Pigs, also from the Animals albums. Well pretty much every song by this band, and even David’s solo career (not as much Roger’s solo career), is my favorite song. I don’t want kind of witchcraft they somehow conjured up, but I am grateful that they did
Hahaha! I only have the ear buds for now but I’ll make sure to invest into my craft and grab some better headphones. I can’t miss a single beat of this music! Thank you for commenting and enjoying this video. I hope I see you comment on the next one!
The co founder Syd Barrett who succumbed to LSD after only being on the 1st 1 album and was not functioning anymore . He died in 2006 and the keyboard player on this video died in 2008
If you think this changed your life, I can't wait until you hear The Great Gig in the Sky. Keep rockin, I am enjoying watching people realize no other band will give you the same experience as Floyd... PERIOD!
You and many more have suggested echoes! I have no choice BUT to check it out! Thank you for your comment, and I’ll be sure to load it into the playlist just for you!🤘🤘🤘
Since you're a reactor, I think single tracks here and there are good (it's how most of us listened to them on the radio back in the day), although it would be worthwhile at some point to listen to an entire album--on your own time! I'm going to throw a few suggestions for branching out if you're game. They're not necessarily the same style as Pink Floyd, but from around the same era and musically great in their own rights: "Help Me" by Joni Mitchell, "Superstar" by Carpenters, and "Crazy on You" by Heart (I just realized these are all female lead singers)! Check them out, and I hope you like them!

Pulse never disappoint
It really doesn’t! I really enjoyed reacting to this song. Thank you for the comment and like!
Great reaction to my favorite all time band!
Thank you so much! I LOVE reacting to Pink Floyd. They are so fun to react to and I’m so blessed that I’m finding all this music for the first time.
Yeah, you have gone down the rabbit hole LOL, keep digging, so much more to hear ! :)
God bless🤘🤘
If you want to be blown away, try echos live at Pompey , it’s brilliant, great reaction
Their music simply takes you to another dimension.
I remember when this song came out in '94, it made me a PF fan for life. There's nothing like a Gilmour solo, and this is one of his best. The whole Pulse concert is a masterpiece, and Gilmour's solo concerts are also amazing (especially the 2006 tour).
I can’t wait to check out later tours and see how well they held up like this one. I was told this music ages like wine and so far, it’s very true!
I've been listening to Pink Floyd for over 30 years and they never seize to amaze me , nice reaction ✌🏽
Oh man, this ALWAYS makes me cry. It reminds me the "good time" when I was 14, with my friends (some of them already "gone" now). And I'm 48.
Anyway, if you want to really feel something deep, listen to "The great gig in the sky" and think that's about a person dying.
They executed this song so well here. Awesome reaction!
They did amazing. They put on so good of a performance, that it’s getting appreciated decades later. Thank you for your comment!
another great pink floyd reaction, you should try SORROW, or ONN THE TURNING AWAY,
id stick with the live versions, pulse concert
Pure gold.
Pure Perfection. Live. Legends. Each One Of Them. Legends.
Truly are.🤘 thank you for your comment and time!
Cant go wrong with PF...I started in the 70's and guess who is my favorite, seen then mid 80's and Pulse 94.
keep living the dream....any song any version...."Time" the record, Live at Pompii (70's) see them younger, trip with SYD very early Pink Floyd
Must listen to Sorrow from the Pulse tour. Will leave you in awe!
Man, anything full lenght is worth it from animals, to wish you were here pls react to those, and even the Beatles! They're albums are just as good.
Do learning to fly next. Same concert of course.
Ooo this is a first time I’ve heard of this suggestion! I’ll be sure to load it into the playlist! Thank you for that. And thank you for commenting!🤘
It's really takes u to childhood 😢
Need to listen to dark side of the moon. It's 50 year anniversary was last year. Listen to the whole album start to finish. Idk if you'll listen to it in 1 sitting. But edit the video so we see all your reactions in 1 long video.
Studio version of "Shine on You Crazy Diamond ". Please.
Will do! I appreciate the suggestion and comment!🤘🤘
ALL IX PARTS@@killbimu
@@killbimuI suggest that after you do the studio version that you check out the Live at P.U.L.S.E, you won't regret it....
This…. Highly Recommended!
Listen to Echoes (live in Pompeii 1971) you won't be disappointed then go through the whole concert
Echoes live from Pompeii full version next. Great reactions 👍
I keep hearing about this!!! I definitely think it is now a requirement to check out the Pompeii experience! Thank you for the suggestion and insight!❤️🤘
Pillow of Winds from the Meddle album will make you cry…..
One of these days. Same concert. Will blow your mind.
I was there, same consert in Sweden, from their tour, it was spectacular 😀👍
"Wearing the Inside Out" from The Division Bell is something of a hidden gem. The lyrics include 3 different points of view. The link below is for a live performance from Gilmour's On an Island solo tour. Rick Wright (keys) is original Floyd and Dick Parry (sax) appeared on Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here.

There are so many great songs from Pulse, but High Hopes has to be the best of them (and it’s not even my favorite PF tune). The instrumentals, singing and production quality is flawless. The only other one that comes close is “Sorrow”. Really love this rendition
You will absolutely love SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND. Studio version first
Will do! I keep hearing differing opinions on what version to listen to, but so far the opinions on the studio version have been a lot louder than the former. Thank you for your comment! 🤘
@killbimu both the studio version and live version are mesmerizing, but the studio version is more sonically complete in my opinion
ty for the post, great reaction // please don't get overwhelmed, lotsa time ,,,.. perhaps expand a bit to some others, take a look at Led Zeppelin - Kashmir Live from Celebration Day .. . just a suggestion your in for some fun
My fav track of Floyd is Echoes LP version 23 mins long , as Meddle was the first LP that was bought for me aged 10 lol
The most underrated song on the PULSE TOUR was HIGH HOPES !
Funnily enough, I reacted to that song and released the video today! Check it out on the channel!
I don’t want kind of witchcraft they somehow conjured up, but I am grateful that they did
The Kings of England!
Good reaction video - thank you!
Earbuds are one thing but, HEADPHONES are a must….
No matter what you think you look like 👌
He died in 2006 and the keyboard player on this video died in 2008
next one from Pulse - Coming back to life = 3 good guitar solo . 🎸🎸🎸🎶🎶
Oh man I LOVE THE GUITAR SOLOS! I will most definitely check it out! Thank you for viewing this video 🤘
@@killbimu 😎👍 good day to you .
If you think this changed your life, I can't wait until you hear The Great Gig in the Sky.
Keep rockin, I am enjoying watching people realize no other band will give you the same experience as Floyd... PERIOD!
A bit of advice. Floyd are one of the bands that I grew up with. Take a listen to Dark side of the Moon album. You definitely won't be disappointed
Mate you truly look like you are starting to climb inside the Pink Floyd rabbit hole, its ok though we will all move up and make space for you😅😅
I’ll definitely appreciate the extra room made for me! It’s truly been an amazing experience aswell as an eye opening one as well! 🤘
Hi from London, good stuff. Try Echoes live at Pompeii, or Same song live at Gdańsk. Best music ever imo
Ok, I'll recomend you to see all the show and then you try 😉
You've got to listen to their 1977 album 'Animals'....
Welcome to our world young man. You're now an honorary Boomer.
Happy to be here!🤘🤘🤘
You need to listen to "Time."
Do more of David Gilmour’s live performances ❤
Oh I sure will! Thank you for this suggestion!
@@killbimupluss Pink Floyd’s main man Roger Waters - in the flesh’ live performanceis outta this world..go fot it bro
GAWDS
Try the live version of "On the Turning Away". Welcome to the Rabbit Hole!!
I’m glad to be here! Thank you for commenting! 🤘🤘
For your first full album listen I suggest The Dark Side Of The Moon (50th Anniversary) album
Mate it's got to be "Echoes" live at pompeii next for reaction
You and many more have suggested echoes! I have no choice BUT to check it out! Thank you for your comment, and I’ll be sure to load it into the playlist just for you!🤘🤘🤘
You should listen to Nightwish's tribute to this song. imo it's even better
You need to do Run like Hell…. On the turning away… what do you want from me….. keep talking… Time
The question is where have YOU been all this wonderful bands life ?
Since you're a reactor, I think single tracks here and there are good (it's how most of us listened to them on the radio back in the day), although it would be worthwhile at some point to listen to an entire album--on your own time! I'm going to throw a few suggestions for branching out if you're game. They're not necessarily the same style as Pink Floyd, but from around the same era and musically great in their own rights: "Help Me" by Joni Mitchell, "Superstar" by Carpenters, and "Crazy on You" by Heart (I just realized these are all female lead singers)! Check them out, and I hope you like them!
