I agree Sir. This is my favourite PF song. All of this concert album really showcases the musical and artistic excellence of this group. The sound quality and the scope of the lighting and stage dynamics makes it one of a kind. Shout out from Canada 👍🎸🎶😎🇨🇦
The only reason I like the pulse version better than the studio is that you actually get to see David playing his pedal steel guitar!! I think there's a lot of people who just think he's playing his black strat or some other guitar and do not realize how adept he is on the peddle steel!!
Don't forget, at the time of this concert, that song was all of a year old. Consider how "tight" the band is on such a new song. Best concert I've ever seen.
This concert was filmed on October 20, 1994, during the series of 14 concerts given at Earls Court, London, England. This amphitheater has a capacity of approximately 19,500 spectators during concerts, for a total attendance of 273,474 spectators. Montreal, Canada was treated with 3 shows totaling 187,302 spectators, or approximately 62,434 spectators per evening. The largest attendance was at (Ohio Stadium) in Columbus, with 75,250 spectators for a single performance. Closely followed by (Mile High Stadium) Denver with 69,788 spectators, and the (Rose Bowl) in Pasadena with 129,060 spectators for two performances, or 64,530 spectators per night.
Beautiful reaction, my man. 👍🏻 You went straight for the part of the brain that Pink Floyd aims at - the ineffable, the unconscious, the dream-states and deeper senses of beauty. No wonder audiences left these concerts in an unusual state of quiet, still haunted and completely overwhelmed with awe by what they’d just witnessed.
For me, surely one of the 20 most beautiful and emotional songs ever written on this planet. For your reaction 10/10!!

From what I understand that’s the first time they played it live
@vjc812 yes, that tour was the first chance to perform it live since the album had just been released. This show was the end of that worldwide tour.
No Rock Band on the planet like Pink Floyd!
Facts!!❤
Amen
There never will be Ever again.

There is also a great version of this on "Live in Gadansk ".
isso eu chamo de música de verdade. um clássico chefe...
Rock on 💪
I've seen about 60 concerts, this was the best...
That’s one of a kind.
Nicely done Phil.
The instrumentation and audio were studio quality live and they created a live Pulse album from it.
A very insightful review! Glad you enjoyed it!

Fantastic
Great music!
React to ' pulse' from start to finish it's unreal 😭
I love this one but the house boat is without a drought better. The concert doesn't show the ending at all. It just cuts is off..
