This is my wife’s favourite Floyd song, picture it,driving through the highlands of Scotland with this blasting out of the car ,that is definitely the way to listen to it,it was incredible, all the best from Scotland 👍🏼🏴
The first time I experienced this incredible person named David Gilmour, I was 8 years old and my older brother took me to see Pink Floyd perform The Dark Side of the Moon, and needless to say I ha e been an absolute liver of everything Pink Floyd. I have seen them 12 times, including this concert in 1994.
There are many great guitarists but there is something about David that no one else has. His solos make me cry every time, I have goosebumps all over my body and my mind floats through the universe.
I’ve actually met David, in 2014. He came to a wedding in the village I live in England, called Wick. He was stood outside the venue, I guess having a breather and we recognised him, actually we knew he was going to there, anyway he was absolutely lovely and talked to us for at least 10 minuets, not about music, but about us, he was honestly the nicest person, albeit being one of the most influential people in music history.
Check out 'David Gilmour & Richard Wright - Breakthrough'. It's a semi-acoustic live performance of one of Richard's songs, and it's absolutely gorgeous. It will show you a side of Pink Floyd that you haven't seen yet.
I only realized a few days ago that they demolished Earls Court, was looking at photos of the inside before they torn it down, and even though I never had a chance to go there, I felt nostalgic just looking at the interior shots
It's so great to hear that you have dived into Pink Floyd that much. I checked all your reactions to PF and I can tell you - there is so many amazing tracks for you to discover. Based on what I see that you like - go straight and react to Dogs from Animals album
The journey down the Pink Floyd rabbit hole is good for the Heart, Spirit and Soul my Friend, the hole runs deep and I'm glad you are continuing to go deeper and allowing us to journey with you, looking forward to whatever you choose next, God Bless
Sorry I was late to the show ! lol You need to get " Learning to Fly" and or "Brain Damage" in your SOUL as well as a host of other of Floyd's music ! Thanks and Floyd always ROCKS !
Check out "Wearing the Inside Out" from the Division Bell (both the album version and the one from Remember That Night). Rick Wright sings lead, and the lyrics are brilliant.
Good morning from Warwickshire, England 🏴, Love your reaction. Most of the songs from Pink Floyd brings tears 😭 to my eyes, having lost our son in 2022 at the age of 48. He was avid guitar player and loved PF . 😊
If you really want to hear a completely different David Gilmour and you want to cry then you have to listen to the song Red sky at night from the album Live in Gdansk.
About crying to a Pink Floyd song... I've seen quite a few reactors do that on their first listen. (Yes, most are female, but *not* all.) And... it's even contagious -- if the reactor cries, I start to tear up a bit. 🙂
You will Love 'THE BLUE' by David Gilmour (from one of his Solo Albums, not with Pink Floyd). Please hear the STUDIO version, its (off Davids Album 'On an Island'). Coming Back to Life, and THE BLUE, are my 2 fave Gtr Solos by Gilmour. Before These albums landed, my fave PF albums were the 70s era... Animals, Wish, Meddle, and Dark Side. But once Division Bell released it took my top PF spot, alongside Animals. Again, if you are moved that much by 'Coming back to life' Solos, then 'THE BLUE' is your next one to hear. Remember its by DavidGilmour, NOT PinkFloyd. Both those tracks are highly underated. In The Blue, he uses a Pitch Shifter, which takes the the notes higher than the fretboard can go, and bends them up into the 'Strat'osphere!
Only thing that's wrong with this song is that its not played enough to the masses there's a serious problem in the world with anger and mental health and music such as pink Floyd if introduced to kids when they're growing up instead of drill rap definately sends that message of love and spirituality into their brains I grew up on rap real rap music not drill music and I appreciate that how it paints a story in your mind it's an art itself all I listened to was rap music then got into reggae then found pink Floyd that's when you get elevated to the next level of music and realise the world we live in is utter bs created for one thing only to make the rich richer.
So many people have suggested this! I will certainly follow up on this one! Thanks for the suggestion and thank you so much for returning to my channel! You da man!🤘
To find out who the blonde in the chorus is, Sam Brown known for this masterpiece..ua-cam.com/video/nUZrOo_dAKU/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/0U_H5TI6R48/v-deo.html
I love this song, but for some reason the cowbell with the percussion has always felt off to me. I know not everyone agrees with me on that and it's okay, but I personally would enjoy the song more without that. But that first half of the song and the solo, and the lyrics, are gold.
This is my wife’s favourite Floyd song, picture it,driving through the highlands of Scotland with this blasting out of the car ,that is definitely the way to listen to it,it was incredible, all the best from Scotland 👍🏼🏴
If you're not moved by this amazingly powerful song you are not human
Only David Gilmore can play a guitar so beautifully as that opening.
Seriously! I was instantly blown away by this performance. Thank you for commenting and liking the video!🤘
The Delicate Sound of Thunder version is my fav…
@Pru1PC This song didn't exist back then
Pink Floyd is in my blood since 1968. I saw them 5 times. First concert in Montreal (1971).
Us and Them will blow you away 😮
I already got it cooking up in the editing room 🤫. Thank you for the suggestion and thank you for commenting and liking the video!
Next: „Keep Talking“ and „High hopes“ - you know which concert…!
Will do! Thanks for the suggestions!🤘
I love Keep Talking
There are many great guitarists but there is something about David that no one else has. His solos make me cry every time, I have goosebumps all over my body and my mind floats through the universe.
He Is THE LIVING LEGEND
I’ve actually met David, in 2014. He came to a wedding in the village I live in England, called Wick. No one plays guitar like David Gilmour, he’s a guitar God 😊.
I still haven’t found anyone that can beat Mr Gilmours skills on the guitar. It’s legendary!🎸
Another Stella performance from PF ….individually they are amazingly good but together they are beyond words
Run like hell from the same concert
Please react to the song, from the album "Delicate sound of Thunder", live concert, the song "Dogs of War". You will love it
Escute esse show todo na íntegra , vc não vai se arrepender 👍
Very good video! Keep going deeper to the hole.
I was at that concert in 94 and yes it was a mind blowing experience 👍👍👍
I only realized a few days ago that they demolished Earls Court, was looking at photos of the inside before they torn it down, and even though I never had a chance to go there, I felt nostalgic just looking at the interior shots

Aahh and try to find a video with lyrics brought up
Tip of the ice berg brother still so much more
Your reactions to Pink Floyd say it all - there is nothing else like their music. Try 'Keep Talking' or 'High Hopes' from the same gig!
It truly is music I can EXPERIENCE rather than listen to. It’s so crazy. Thank you for the kind comment and suggestions! 🔥🫶🏼
The journey down the Pink Floyd rabbit hole is good for the Heart, Spirit and Soul my Friend, the hole runs deep and I'm glad you are continuing to go deeper and allowing us to journey with you, looking forward to whatever you choose next, God Bless
David Gilmour hitting perfect notes and perfect gaps between the notes ❤, I've been loving this since the early 70s 😊
Sorry I was late to the show ! lol You need to get " Learning to Fly" and or "Brain Damage" in your SOUL as well as a host of other of Floyd's music ! Thanks and Floyd always ROCKS !
Shine on you crazy damod
Check out "Wearing the Inside Out" from the Division Bell (both the album version and the one from Remember That Night). Rick Wright sings lead, and the lyrics are brilliant.
Seconded! Wearing the Inside Out doesn't get anywhere near the love it deserves.
"Grantchester Meadows" from Ummagumma (1969), - just peaceful beauty!
It’s amazing what a human being is capable of 👀🤯🤯🤯
It truly is !
Bland song in humble opinion, but by all the false gods, Gilmore is magnificent. Cracking reaction and all power to you.
Whatever you’re mood, PF has a song for that.
Good morning from Warwickshire, England 🏴,
Love your reaction.

😊
watch again when you know the words of the song at the start David Gilmour made his guitar sing the words its epic when you realise

If you really want to hear a completely different David Gilmour and you want to cry then you have to listen to the song Red sky at night from the album Live in Gdansk.
I BELIEVE you are ready for "Keeo Talking" from the Pulse Concert.

"Yet another movie" from delicate sound of thunder concert is just so mystical

Great content, Pink Floyd 💗 💕

Thanks for coming by again! I hope you have a great weekend!🤘🔥
@@killbimu thank you . good week-end to you 👍
Do Atom heart mother and Animals bro. Love these honest reactions.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and watch the whole Pulse Tour from start to finish. You'll be speechless.
I don't know if you have done a reaction to On The Run from this show. If not , be ready for sensory overload.
How about ' lost for words ' seeing how you sort of mentioned it?
Thanks for the suggestion! I plan on bringing many Floyd reactions for the next couple of weeks so I’ll load this one into my playlists to react to!
Oh yeh, this is a great song. Try “keep talking” pulse. There’s a surprise in it for ya
So many people have suggested this! I will certainly follow up on this one! Thanks for the suggestion and thank you so much for returning to my channel! You da man!🤘
