    I am 63 yes old and disabled. I have a severely deformed right ankle that I cannot walk on. I knew I needed to exercise but so challenging to find exercises I could do. I just completed your entire workout and feel GREAT! Thank so much for your program. I'll be doing it everyday from here on.

    I am 85 years old and have had after Covid plus getting over cancer treatment for lung cancer. I am into my 3rd week working out. It has helped my breathing so much. Thank you so much😊❤

      Good morning. I am dr Datta Bhat.
      My heath coach Madhura R Mehata shred this video and advise the workout. I m doing I'm the mornig. I m very much benefited by this exercise and also getting perspiration rather more than heavy exercises. I hd been Undergone Open heart surgery in August 23. But I m very comfortable with this exercise. Thank you very much
      Madam I m doing all 15 exercises with video. But I want to ask you whether can I change the sequence of exercise eg. Widening of legs and arms can be done after 2nd work out? And touching toe after touching knee/ leg exercise. So that I may able to remind the exercise without video.

    I’m not fifty or anywhere near it (15), but I am in recovery for anorexia. Due to the disorder I get dizzy and faint with any small movements, but I’m still determined to work out. These types of workouts are so perfect. Thank you.
    update: since people keep interacting with this, i figured i’d just do a little update. It’s not the update i wish to admit though.
    I’m out of recovery and im far worse than i was before. im not happy and i can’t even look at myself without sobbing. i have all the options to get help, i just don’t want it. im almost 16 and im dealing with things no one should ever deal with.
    this video still continues to help me with my workout needs as most of the time im laying in a bed or sleeping.

    I am 57 and extremely out of shape and overweight. I have back problems. But I just did this workout and I FEEL SOOOO GOOD! I DONT MIND THE MUSIC ANYMORE, ITS FINE. I also want to do your stretching exercises as well. Maybe I will start doing it before this workout. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND YOU! THIS IS LIFE CHANGING FOR ME

      I work from home and am often in meetings back2back, and I don't get enough movement throughout the day. This chair workout was just done while at my desk. I absolutely LOVE it! And I feel so much better than I did 10-15 mins ago. Thank you. You are awesome! Keep the videos coming.❤️❤️❤️

    I've been doing this workout every day for two weeks and the 15 min walking workout. Amazing. I can notice so much difference in that short time. My waist is back, my stomach is flatter and my arms stronger.

      I've always had a big stomach even a a teenager. I look about 6 months pregnant and it' feels quite hard.
      It's not gone completely but it's smaller and softer now so I can hold it in and it's not flat but smaller. I was cutting my food portions down as well which helped, I didn't diet I just ate less at mealtimes. I do both exercises everyday and my clothes feel and look better on me now.
      I stopped doing them during the winter and I did put a lot back on so I started again last week and already I'm seeing a difference so it definitely works for me.

    This is great. I do your core chair exercises every day. I love them. I'm finally up on a walker from an injury, but I still do yoga and cardio in a chair. I'm about to do the leg exercises now. I love the standing up with no arms that you do. They had me doing those in PT. Thank you for the fun! I'll do every day!

      It is great to have an open mind about exercises. I used to be totally bummed when I could not do certain exercises due to health issues. But with the multitude of exercises that are now on U Tube, there are no more excuses.

    I'm only 30 years old, but illness has left me very restricted as far as fitness and exercise goes, and I just wanted to tell you that this is such an incredible video. Not only do I feel like I've had a workout (I'm sweating!), but I feel better about myself. You have such a kind and supportive demeanour and what really hit home for me was when you said to say three things that I'm proud of about myself out loud. I realized I don't often say things like that out loud and you really put a smile on my face.       These workouts don't look like much but they help train the muscles. My back muscles need to be trained. A couple of years ago I could do all the machines at the gym. When I do these exercises, especially the twisting ones, I can tell my muscles are simply out of shape and need to be strengthened. And when trying exercises like these I know there were muscles that I did not train with the other exercises. Tons of different muscles that need to be trained with different exercises.

    This workout is no joke! It may look "simple", but don't let the look fool you. This is a great workout, and you will feel so good and accomplished when you're done. I love it! You can always modify any exercises to suit your needs as she says in the video.

    I did the 15 minute fat burner first followed by this seated Belly Fat. I was off exercising for almost a month due to trigger finger surgery recovery, But now I am again doing your Fab 50 videos + my home PT. You have so much positive energy -- its a great motivator. I am 74 and have shoulder, hip, hamstring, and lower back injuries and had lots of pain, from years of skiing and other sports, but after over a year in PT, I can do your videos and love them. Still doing PT for my shoulder. This is a great ab and core workout. I can do this workout and strengthen my core without irritating my pain areas. Thanks!!🥰 Love seeing your cat and your dog in your videos. -- so fun. I found your videos because I searched for walking indoor exercise. Had no idea I would find so many awesome workouts.

    i am 56 and am dealing with knee injury, which i am scheduled for surgery in a month. I lost 45 pounds over the last year and i want to maintain. I can't go to the gym.     Hi, I'm a woman of 54 with joint pain, fatigue & fibromyalgia, I have started to give up on exercise, as I have to much joint pain from the impact of the most simple standing exercise, but i thought I'd give your chair exercise a try, and was very surprised how challenging and exhausting these exercises were, just shows how unfit I am, my heart rate went up and I had a little sweat on, so i could feel them challenging me, but the best thing about these exercises, there was no knee or ankle pain, that is what usually makes me give up, so I'm so grateful for your program, and hopefully when I feel fitter doing these chair exercises, I will be able to try some of your other exercise programs. Many thanks for putting me on my new exercise journey.

    I absolutely love these sit-down exercises because it allows me to do them throughout my workday when I have breaks or just need a break!! I also find I am more conscious of pulling in my abs when sitting, not only at my desk but anywhere!!

    I am so thrilled to have found your channel. I'm a very young 54 year old but due to major surgery last year, I have ZERO fitness or flexibility. It also doesn't help that I'm a freelance writer who spends up to 12 hours a day at her desk. I thought this chair routine would be easy, which it kinda was, but damn did I feel the burn.     I cannot believe how challenging this work out was! I am pouring buckets of sweat and it was all done sitting down! Just goes to show you how we can really get a great workout without having to actually run! I gave up jogging a long time ago. Too hard on my joints, knees and most of all my mammas. No more bouncing .... you know what! This was terrific! Thank you, Schellea!

      i gave up running 13 years ago because of health issues. Started walking instead. In the beginning i didn't like it at all. I felt very old. It was boring, hahaha. I missed the feeling that running gave me. But than i started to walk a little faster (6km an hour) and that gave me back the feeling that i was actually training. Now i do 5 or 6 km an hour. Depending the time of the day and where i walk. if its a workout or if i want to enjoy the beach or the woods.

    I'm 73 and everything hurts! The pandemic means I've been unable to go to the gym, take water aerobics classes, garden (it's winter in Michigan), let alone even walk most days. Every other exercise I've tried has hurt my neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees. I am forever grateful for having come across you and this chair exercise. I'm really going to try to work off my horrid new COVID belly by doing this every day! Thanks again!!
