    I love your workouts! They are short, but get me sweating and breathing hard from time to time. Also, I think I can sustain them over a long period of time since 10 minutes goes quick. And the music, wow. Love it! Happy for the timer too. You rock Monika Fit.

    I love these flowing, standing exercises. Suitable for beginners and those like me with bad knees who can't take a lot of bouncing, jumping and jogging movements. Please do more sets like these. Thanks!

    I’ve been trying to exercise more regularly to boost up my metabolism that was wrecked so badly due to long periods of lockdown. I’ve been trying out many types of video exercises and I like this one because it’s standing and also much slower and controlled. I like working out in the mornings and so far, I’m liking this set.

    Um of the junk UA-cam recommends, it never wants to introduce me to someone with original challenging and gentle workouts. You keep spreading your talent girl. My back feels so much better during this workout.

      Still here! :D Doing this while recovering from a flu. Made me feel better! It's perfect intensity and range of motion to get the blood flowing, but gentle enough to not exhaust. I've been feeling quite depressed about laying sick in bed all day for the past week, and this is helping me get back up on my feet. Thank you so much for sharing this, Monika!

    This felt so beginner friendly! I usually have trouble finishing workouts because I get bored or distracted but this was the perfect amount of time and the actual activities were unique and kept me learning how to do it!
