I think it all depends on the workout. This was not complicated so it was okay. I don't like when doing weights for example and there is no rest and you don't have enough time to change positions or gear..

I had a TIA in november. High blood pressure (150-96) After one day i walked every day 80 minutes until now July Lost 20 kilo and my blood pressure is perfect. If you can walk do it!! Very underrated movement. Always thought i had to run but it's perfect to walk;-) Never knew that

I'm just gonna say, wow! I truly enjoyed this workout. I wasn't expecting to be sweating. Lol. I'm getting older and havent really worked out since before the birth of my now 2yo (and with 3 other children) , and haven't really stopped to take care of myself. I just found this video...after finding the 10min morning routine(which was amazing), and I truly missed that feeling during and after working out. I need a shower now😂, but I feel so energized and refreshed. Truly appreciate your videos, Monika. Exactly what I needed, and was looking for. Got yourself a new subscriber☺

As a non morning person I must say, this work out is perfect. The music is fun without being overpowering. The moves are various and easy to follow. I can tell I exercised some of my main leg muscles, but I didn't ran out of breath. Hopefully this is the first day of a new lifestyle. Hooked on your channel!

I did a combo of half of another of your vids (switched when it came to repeaters) + this one.
I was feeling energetic after a while so put on some more upbeat music and did more reps - I love that your workouts are so flexible.
Thank goodness it's not as hot as yesterday, but instill worked up a sweat. 😅
