Yes, everyday even weekends; I meditate, yoga with Adriene, warming up with Yoga with Lena, run on my treadmill and always do a workout mostly by you MadFit. Sometimes I change it up with NoBadadadiction or KayKayFitness but I mostly do yours especially with no repeats. My almost at the end of the week training. Thank you!

I used to train 2 hours a day and was in the best shape of my life just over a year ago, since then ive hardly moved and fell into depression. i cant express how much i love this! i felt so connected to my body for once, and was overwhelmed with gratitude for what my body can do and how my lungs breathe. i carry a lot of tension and pain in my back and hips, and this was like a blissful massage for both. i can't thank you enough.

This is a perfect warmup stretch. The only thing I'd change is the buzzer sounds when the clock runs out..maybe a less harsh sound for these more chill videos 😊
