this information is really useful! I started this month and was wondering what to do while on my period since I might be too low energy or my legs sluggish/painful so the 20 min routine might be too heavy but I don't want to stop working out. Thank you!

This was the perfect start to the morning in a season of stress where I just don’t have it in me for the intense morning workout sessions I have done in the past. Getting back in to just moving my body and appreciating my health - thank you! More like this please!
This one is 16 minutes, but if you can carve out a little time in your morning, your joints will feel better through your day. My body is stiff and sore when I wake up out of bed, I’m only 32, so now is the time to solidify these habits of stretching! If you can train yourself to look forward to it and enjoy it, then the journey will be much more fun. Thank you MadFit, you’ve helped my health be redirected! I never EVER stretched my hip flexor tendons before madfit videos and I know at least 4 people who have had hip replacement surgery. This might help a lot to prevent that.

This is a perfect warmup stretch. The only thing I'd change is the buzzer sounds when the clock runs out..maybe a less harsh sound for these more chill videos 😊

This has to be one of my favourite videos. I've been having horrible back pain for 2 days and can't workout and thought I would do this as soon as I wake up. I generally cannot move much just after waking up but this loosened my body and I feel fresh. Madfits channel really is an all round channel. From dance workouts to stretches she has everything. I just discovered your youtube page, and I love the combination of exercise and yoga -- it's a great way to wake up and I'm all in and look forward to trying some more of your classes. The one suggestion I have is the clock in the corner, with the beeping, and the buzzer at the end. For me, it interfered with your vibe and the workout too. It felt a little bit like a timer on the oven, followed by the buzzer on a game show when they don't get the right answer, lol. That said, this video is 2 years old, so maybe this is a feature that's long gone. Thank you again -- I can't wait to try more of your classes!

i cant express how much i love this! i felt so connected to my body for once, and was overwhelmed with gratitude for what my body can do and how my lungs breathe. i carry a lot of tension and pain in my back and hips, and this was like a blissful massage for both. i can't thank you enough.

When relaxing the horn blast breaks the "mood". A bell or something a bit softer would add to the vibe. Thank you for all of your great workouts. I really love Maddie's workouts, so thank you so much for sharing them with us! Just with the ones for stretching it always seems rushed for me, does anyone else have the same experience? I have to play them in half the speed to really get in to a useful amount of stretching where I feel something.
