That’s awesome! I didn’t go thru the same things as you did, but I did have terrible motivation problems when it came to health and exercise. Her vids did the same for me! She has a couple of beginner friendly 10 minute workouts I switch between to switch it up so it won’t become boring

This is one of my favorite morning workouts of yours. While usually I do fairly well, the morning after a bunch of digging and constructing in the garden, this is a bit challenging today. Thank you for your videos:)

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel.
Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are what I needed.
Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.

I live a mostly sedentary life and never exercised much growing up so this video was the perfect starting point for me as a true beginner. I was surprised to find I worked up a sweat so quickly but every exercise was completely doable at the same time. Thanks for making these!

These are perfect to get your body out of that morning slump without having to go anywhere in the cold or needing crazy equipment. ❤❤❤❤ just want to say that you for the video and workout , I prefer the “Mood Boost” workout than this however after a while I noticed this workout is slower pace and can help me to adjust my mornings lazy body into a more flexible way via breathing and slow move , so now I love it 🥰
