This is amazing! My first day and I sweat a lot more than what I did in a 35min workout. This is time saving and yet you will burn calories!!! I’m gonna do this for 2weeks and lets see then how many kgs i will lose.

This really worked! I didn't find it hard but at the end I wss out of breath and sweating more than in workouts with more burn. So well done!!

Great 15 minute workout. Most short workouts don’t include warmup AND cool down. Loved that! One suggestion: preview all 3 moves coming up.
