    I've done a few other workouts that I cannot complete the last few days, this is the first one so far. If you're struggling, don't give up! Try some different ones, and one of them you will be able to complete!! Keep at it!

    You have literally changed my life. I am more than grateful!! Please don’t stop. ❤ went from 230 to 170 in about 7 months. I could have lost it faster if I stuck to my schedule better.     This really worked! I didn't find it hard but at the end I wss out of breath and sweating more than in workouts with more burn. So well done!!

    This is my favorite one so far! Thank you! I have ADHD and can't sit through long exercises, but this one does it for me, a series of short ones in a long exercise is a really god idea!

    Great 15 minute workout. Most short workouts don’t include warmup AND cool down. Loved that! One suggestion: preview all 3 moves coming up.

    Discovered your workout a couple of weeks ago. I love it! I'm an 80 years old great-grandmother, been working out my whole life. The 'no-jumping' is important because of my knees. Thanks for a great workout!

    I am currently on my . lol and this workout was so nice. I was able to do the movements with ease, more easier than some of the other ones I have completed. This was very nice, and I am not overly exhausted. Thank you

    This is amazing! My first day and I sweat a lot more than what I did in a 35min workout. This is time saving and yet you will burn calories!!! I’m gonna do this for 2weeks and lets see then how many kgs i will lose.
