- Join me for this 15 minute HIIT style class to get your body moving in the best way possible. All these exercise are so fun and much better than being on a treadmill. Have fun, burn lots of calories, dance around and feel amazing - because you are!
This one is structured differently, it starts with a short warm up and then the workout includes doing 3 exercises of 30 seconds with no rest, followed by 20 seconds of rest and repeating so on, finishing with a cool down.

I've done a few other workouts that I cannot complete the last few days, this is the first one so far. If you're struggling, don't give up! Try some different ones, and one of them you will be able to complete!! Keep at it!

This really worked! I didn't find it hard but at the end I wss out of breath and sweating more than in workouts with more burn. So well done!!

I’m loving this February plan so far! Had a bit of back pain after the stretching workout from day 6 but could fully do this one again and it seems that each day the exercises get more bearable comparing to day 1 🤗🫶🏻 Thank you Monika 🩶
