    I really resonate with the "left diminished" and "undeveloped voice" aspects. One of the reasons I got into content creation was to uncover my voice.
    The journey of creation has been one of the best tools for me that I can go at my own pace while meeting others who are also on the journey to self-discovery. 🥰

    My friend diminishes me a lot. How can I in a nice way tell him to stop doing this?
    I have recently learned to stop ruminating. I say thank you for sharing and then I start doing positive affirmations until I fall asleep or I get up and do some thing else to stop the rumination. I have also recently had days where I told myself I am only going to talk positively to myself, and I do not allow anything negative to come in. It is hard and it is a process.
