Mostly it is recommended to take break between workouts like doing on alternate days Did you do it everyday? I am 57 kilos and I wanted to lose like 2~3 kilos and some belly fat
@@hummingmoon2846 i abandoned salt sugar and any form of masala I ate fruits and salad , in the morning its eater oats or peanut butter on bread and as meals i had boiled fish or chicken with vegies and nuts as snacks . Dont forget to take shower after exercising

I tried this exercise in my room about 3 day ago , but today my dad and mom find it out . I was so surprised my dad calls me in the garden gave me the mat and said practice in green environment , my parents even joined me for motivation . I hope I will be fit by the end of this lockdown. I've been doing Emi's workout for exactly a year now (started on 3 Jan 2023) and I've lost 20kg so far. So I decided to leave my first comment on the most regular workout I did. Thank you Emi, you are such an inspiration. I wish I could meet you one day and give you a hug. Oh, and I'm planning to lose another 20kg this year, so wish me luck!!!
I exercise every day. 30 minutes during the day/30 minutes at night. I usually do hiit or standing workout during the day and abs/thighs at night. I have cut out sugary drinks for a year now and I think it helps a lot. No heavy meals after 8pm and when I feel hungry I just have snacks here and there. I think that is pretty much it. I do not have a strict diet, I literally eat almost everything but in moderation. I hope that helps.

I have been doing this for a month now and IT WORKS. I was 73 kg and now I'm 68 kg. I did the workout 6 times a week and I didn't change my diet at all I just limited sugar, fast food etc YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY IT TRUST ME YOU'RE GONNA FEEL SO MUCH BETTER
@la111ra No, if you skip some of them sometimes it's okay. I needed to do that too because i didn't have time, but since you do other exercises too, you'll be fine
If by night you mean 9 or 10 pm yeah you can but anything further than that might have side effects on your sleep and it doesn't give the same results either
This works! I been following this for a month and just my diet was eating in small portions and I went from 68kg to 60kg! Almost to my goal 😭💕 UPDATE 11/20/2020: My old metabolism is back. I’m always 55-56kg weight even if I have cheat days hahaha. Going to do more workouts so I can maintain a toned body. 😊
Gloria of course!! I usually do this workout almost everyday (at least four days a week). And when I feel like I could push myself that certain day, I usually add one or two of emi’s 10 minute workout videos!!
Hi! I've been doing this for 3 weeks now with 2 resting days. I must say I've really seen how my arms toned so much with this workout. My waist did become smaller because I can now fit 24-25 from 26-27. At first, the forward backward lunges were veryyy difficult for me because I have weak legs but after 3 days of consistently doing it, I was able to finish the rep. The whole workout became bearable along the way and I like how I sweat a lot doing this workout. I tried various workout vids but this vid has shown me more improvements than the ones I've tried before. If you're looking for motivation to start this workout, this is it. Trust me, It works. I don't really know my weight from the beginning and now but I'm happy to see how much I've toned. I also ate anything but in moderation. I also don't drink softdrinks and eat junk foods. I've been doing Emi's workouts for over a year now and I'm fitter than I've ever been! A word of advice: if you're working out just to lose weight you will burn out! Focus on your health, your fitness and most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If your body is telling you to rest, then rest. Focus on consistency, listening to what your body is telling you, and the weight loss will come naturally
If you are new and thinking of quitting let me tell you emi is professional and she does it often so it seems like she's doing this so easily. I just want to say you that you can do it at your own pace if it's becoming really difficult & don't give up. I am taking a break rn 😋 and i'll again get back to it. ✊🏻

I used to follow this workout back in 2021. I used to be 72kgs and by doing this religiously I was able to reduce my weight significantly. Within 2-3months i was 64kgs without following any diet. So yes, this workout truly helps if you do it regularly.

Been following this for 10 days plus 10000 steps a day and i went from 102kg to 95kg I’ll keep updating !!! 12 day: 94kg 15 day: 92kg I’m now loosing almost 1kg a day, it takes me 24h to lose the weight it means with this hiit workout ur body keeps burning fat while sleeping as well, so it’s better to do it between 7pm to 10pm and weigh yourself in morning at 10am
ঐশী অনি i start my day with a cup of lemon juice or coffee without sugar , between 12pm and 2pm i eat a meal mostly boiled chicken or fish with any vegetables i want boiled or raw and for dinner i either have a non sugary greek yogart or make a fruit salade

Coming from a 15yo girl I did this for 5 months and went from 70kg to 57kg my insecurities vanished, and self-doubt was no longer an issue 🥹 Here are some tips for y’all🩵 Stop eating in between, like snacks and stuff. Eat properly, refrain from eating anything in between hours and drink A LOTS of water, and stop being lazy. Motivate yourself because you will regret not doing it now. It’s now or never.:)
@@Anonymously_me01 not certainly but some which I followed:), keep drinking water and also don’t workout for weight do it for being healthy and weight loss would eventually come to you, also sleep early..better to create a time table, be organised about things, eat fruits in between hours if you feel hungry, would highly recommend you to drink slightly warm water instead of normal or cold helps a lot in the process, in the morning or after you workout get warm water add a lemon into it and drink it, avoid eating junk and sweet!

Keep going! I’ve been doing this for about three weeks I’ve also been jogging and cleaning up my diet for a while and my body’s already changed so much. I have a smaller waist and thighs, im a bit more muscular, I have flat tummy, and I just generally feel so much better! You can do it too!
Doing some sort of yoga if I don't do a heavier workout is nice to add into the mix. It helps me chill out. Yoga by Adriene has a ton of videos of different difficulties.
This routine is so effective!! Been doing this for past 5 days every morning on an empty stomach (drank a glass of warm lemon water only)....Lost 1 inch across my waist already!

Am I the only one who's weirdly embarrassed about people finding out that I work out? I can't really justify it,I'm not ashamed of my body or anything and I think working out is an admirable and incredibly beneficial thing,but still I'm so ashamed to be seen working out, especially by my family who pretty much know at this point due to the sweety workout attire in the dirty clothes bin. Idk can anyone relate??
yah me too, whenever I start working out, I make sure to shut the door and pull my curtain lol. And if I hear footsteps coming to my room, I sit down on my desk pretending nothing's happening and I was just casually watching youtube videos.
Bruh, I am fat and people always tell me to exercise especially my family, but then if they see me trying to exercise they always make fun of me so...yeah I understand why you're embarrassed.

So I've been doing this for over a month now and let me tell you, my confidence has gone way up, my stamina dramatically increased, my posture is better and I rarely feel any body pain at all, aside from being sore after the workout of course :). Aside from that, my belly and waistline also decreased Waistline: 68cm-65cm Belly: 78cm-75cm I also did this with other exercises and also did Intermittent Fasting(16:8) and will continue to do so until I achieve my dream body. @Kevy Kim I do this exercises 6 days a week followed by workouts that targets specific body parts, like for example, on Mondays I do arms, so I do this exercise and do arm exercises after :). It takes me approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 40 minutes to do all the exercises.

@@mubashranabi6311 im a beginner too. i started with this juice called "bbebbe juice" (빼빼주스) which is something you blend up at home and drink. it first gets rid of all the toxins in your stomach and cleans it out. the first two days of doing this is really hard bc you barely eat anything. but after, it gets better. and ive started doing this exercise as well and let me tell u, i pushed myself and kept pushing until i couldnt go more. i could only do the first 20 min of this video today. my legs completely broke down on me. so i stopped. im going to go as far as i can each day and slowly build up my tolerance. dont feel the need that you HAVE to do this everyday completely. i think im gonna do this every other day and go on my running machine on others. for beginners like us, we cant push ourself too much so lets start slow together ☺️

Starting off with 75.75kg Goal - 55kg 22/7 Day 1 - ✅ 75.75 ( drenched had difficulties to bend or do workout properly ) What I ate - 4 spoons oats for breakfast 10am - soya chunks for lunch 3pm - coffee without sugar and nuts for evening snack 6pm - oats for dinner 9:30pm 23/7 Day 2 - ✅ 74.65 ( body feels sour still did itt.. Completely drenched ) What I ate - 4 spoons oats 10am - 3 chapati and beef gravy 3pm - sewaiyaan for dinner 9pm. 24/7 Day 3 - ✅ 74.35 ( felt ease while working out bending etc you just need to bare the muscles pain ) Whati ate - 2 slice of tostted bread with scrambled eggs for breakfast- 3 chapati with veggies - badam milk evening drink - 25/7 Day 4 - ✅ 74.70 ( felt lazy to work out then realized I got my period still did the workout.. Skipped the planks) What I ate - 2 slice of toasted bread with scrambled egg - 3 roti with tomato gravy - couldnt resist myself so ate maggie (dont eat) 26/7 Day 5 - ❌ didn't workout cuz of cramps but streched my body a lil bit 27/7 Day 6 - ❌ went out to fruends house, broke my diet and ate whatever i saw 😂 28/7 Day 7 - ✅ 73.85 [ woke up late didn't workout (i still co side this as workout) but did house chores and sweated a lot.. ]
My biggest tip to everyone doing this is that do it at your own pace! Emi is pro so she may seem faster. Practice makes perfect so there's no need to rush :)

Okay so here's my update , I did this for about 6 months ago for 15 days and yes I had noticed little change in abs first but then due to health problems I was restricted for doing workouts like these and bow that I'm totally fine I'm starting this. Day 1- (24/8/24) i did it , a lot of sweat , it was difficult to do. Day 2 - (25/8/24) did it , dint sweat much , yes it was difficult.
This workout really WORKS!!! I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks and I’ve already see the result. It has toned my body a lot especially my abs and my life is also getting better along this journey. No more boring lifestyle just being happy and enjoy life

Your weight will increase after a day or two.. I was surprised to see it jump up a kilo. Obviously this is because of the protection mechanisms of our muscles they become sore and also retain water especially big muscles of your legs, arms and abdomen but don't give up.. It will start wearing off in about a week. Remember your body is just prepping you for the new program! Don't give up! Give in! Fighting!!

It works! It works...just be very discipplined and consistently doing it minimum 3 times a week. Do not give up if you dont see results after 2 or 3 weeks...keep on doing it. Results is quaranteed and visible after 4 to 6 weeks. This is really a full body fat burn workout. If you are struggling with some excerices at the beginning...keep on trying and pray to God to give you strenght and power to hold on. When Emi says..." remember your goal...just do that.
Hi all! I did this for a month and noticed change in my body... initially I didn't check on my weight but after a week i observed it as 61.5 kg.... I started doing this recently! My starting weight is 63 kgs and my target is 50 kgs (I'm 5'1" and I think this is fairly reasonable). Hoping to be consistent, so here's my check-in; Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (can't even walk straight but pulled through) Day 3: ✅ (it's getting easier, getting cramps less often) Day 4: ❌️ Did some light stretching since I got my periods Day 5: ✅ but only 22 mins, planks seemed too much. I'm only on day 4 with this workout but i LOVE it! I love everything about it: the intensity, the crazy sweating, the long breaks, emi's reminders, and the joy after I'm finished! Of course I haven't seen any changes yet, but I'm much more confident. If you're going to do this exercise, have a bottle of water close by because you're going to lose a lot of water. I started with emi's 10 min full body hiit workout and gradually moved onto this, after a month everyone around me saw changes, I didn’t because i had that before image kept in my mind so i would recommend you to give this workout at least a month! You don’t need to see physical changes. Good luck, we can do it!!💜 remember it takes time to gain weight and it will take time to lose that weight!

It's been 3 weeks that I'm doing this workout everyday. I already see some results and I still find the inner core & side ab set the hardest part of workout! This workout saved me from falling into depression during quarantine and motivates me to have a fit body very soon!!!

Araz Kekejian hello, you mentioned you gained muscles and lost weight. That’s my goal as well, so I was wondering how long it took you to go through the full 30min without any breaks or if you were doing that from the beginning. I absolutely cannot get through the inner ab workout without breaks
I’ve been doing this almost daily for a month now and the thing I’m most proud of is the fact that before this I couldn’t do narrow pushups I could only do it woth my hands/shoulders out wider, but now I can do like 10 of the narrow push ups because I’ve trained my body. I’ve also managed to do this with things like the squat pulses and walk sits, whereas before I would literally collapse after them I’ve now trained my body to be stronger and I love it.
Sadly for you it’s not as simple as how much weight I’ve lost. I’m in eating disorder recovery so this last month I’ve only lost about 4 pounds because my calorie intake for most days has increased. However doing this workout has helped me gain a lot of muscle. But I couldn’t tell you how much you’ll lose because I’ve damaged my metabolism so yours will be at a different rate. Just try to be healthy and you’re body will do the right thing
Jules Baker I am also in eating disorder recovery... suffered for 10+ years. When I finally, really truly quit, I gained 15 pounds in less than 4 months. You are right about having to basically retrain your body and teach it what metabolism should be like. But I am a mom of a little 3 year old girl so I definitely want her to learn my new healthy habits instead of my old ones! I am rooting for you girly!

I’m gonna be consistent this time. Day one - I stopped at the 20 minute mark today because I’m easing myself in to this to make it a long term habit. I felt like giving up several times but I find that telling myself “just one more” really helped push me past those moments Day two- Stopped at 22 minute mark today. @@alrkenji6854 I recommend burning more calories than you consume, if you have slow metabolism try eating a lot of carbs for 2 or 3 days, then switch to low carb and keep repeating everyday while consistently doing workouts. Also limit the amount of sugar and unhealthy foods and get plenty of rest. Long periods of Cardio is actually bad for you so try Epoc! (It's basically where you do short Intense workouts and it causes ur body to burn fat while sleeping/resting.

@@hummingmoon2846 i abandoned salt sugar and any form of masala I ate fruits and salad , in the morning its eater oats or peanut butter on bread and as meals i had boiled fish or chicken with vegies and nuts as snacks . Dont forget to take shower after exercising

can you tell me your daily workout?
I exercise every day. 30 minutes during the day/30 minutes at night. I usually do hiit or standing workout during the day and abs/thighs at night. I have cut out sugary drinks for a year now and I think it helps a lot. No heavy meals after 8pm and when I feel hungry I just have snacks here and there. I think that is pretty much it. I do not have a strict diet, I literally eat almost everything but in moderation. I hope that helps.

I have been doing this for a month now and IT WORKS. I was 73 kg and now I'm 68 kg. I did the workout 6 times a week and I didn't change my diet at all I just limited sugar, fast food etc YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY IT TRUST ME YOU'RE GONNA FEEL SO MUCH BETTER

If by night you mean 9 or 10 pm yeah you can but anything further than that might have side effects on your sleep and it doesn't give the same results either

UPDATE 11/20/2020: My old metabolism is back. I’m always 55-56kg weight even if I have cheat days hahaha. Going to do more workouts so I can maintain a toned body. 😊

Gloria of course!! I usually do this workout almost everyday (at least four days a week). And when I feel like I could push myself that certain day, I usually add one or two of emi’s 10 minute workout videos!!

Hi! I've been doing this for 3 weeks now with 2 resting days. I must say I've really seen how my arms toned so much with this workout. My waist did become smaller because I can now fit 24-25 from 26-27. At first, the forward backward lunges were veryyy difficult for me because I have weak legs but after 3 days of consistently doing it, I was able to finish the rep. The whole workout became bearable along the way and I like how I sweat a lot doing this workout. I tried various workout vids but this vid has shown me more improvements than the ones I've tried before. If you're looking for motivation to start this workout, this is it. Trust me, It works. I don't really know my weight from the beginning and now but I'm happy to see how much I've toned. I also ate anything but in moderation. I also don't drink softdrinks and eat junk foods. I've been doing Emi's workouts for over a year now and I'm fitter than I've ever been! A word of advice: if you're working out just to lose weight you will burn out! Focus on your health, your fitness and most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If your body is telling you to rest, then rest. Focus on consistency, listening to what your body is telling you, and the weight loss will come naturally

If you are new and thinking of quitting let me tell you emi is professional and she does it often so it seems like she's doing this so easily. I just want to say you that you can do it at your own pace if it's becoming really difficult & don't give up. I am taking a break rn 😋 and i'll again get back to it. ✊🏻

I used to follow this workout back in 2021. I used to be 72kgs and by doing this religiously I was able to reduce my weight significantly. Within 2-3months i was 64kgs without following any diet. So yes, this workout truly helps if you do it regularly.

Stop eating in between, like snacks and stuff. Eat properly, refrain from eating anything in between hours and drink A LOTS of water, and stop being lazy. Motivate yourself because you will regret not doing it now. It’s now or never.:)

@@Anonymously_me01 not certainly but some which I followed:), keep drinking water and also don’t workout for weight do it for being healthy and weight loss would eventually come to you, also sleep early..better to create a time table, be organised about things, eat fruits in between hours if you feel hungry, would highly recommend you to drink slightly warm water instead of normal or cold helps a lot in the process, in the morning or after you workout get warm water add a lemon into it and drink it, avoid eating junk and sweet!

Keep going! I’ve been doing this for about three weeks I’ve also been jogging and cleaning up my diet for a while and my body’s already changed so much. I have a smaller waist and thighs, im a bit more muscular, I have flat tummy, and I just generally feel so much better! You can do it too!

Am I the only one who's weirdly embarrassed about people finding out that I work out? I can't really justify it,I'm not ashamed of my body or anything and I think working out is an admirable and incredibly beneficial thing,but still I'm so ashamed to be seen working out, especially by my family who pretty much know at this point due to the sweety workout attire in the dirty clothes bin. So I've been doing this for over a month now and let me tell you, my confidence has gone way up, my stamina dramatically increased, my posture is better and I rarely feel any body pain at all, aside from being sore after the workout of course :). Aside from that, my belly and waistline also decreased

@Kevy Kim I do this exercises 6 days a week followed by workouts that targets specific body parts, like for example, on Mondays I do arms, so I do this exercise and do arm exercises after :). It takes me approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 40 minutes to do all the exercises.

@@mubashranabi6311 im a beginner too. i started with this juice called "bbebbe juice" (빼빼주스) which is something you blend up at home and drink. it first gets rid of all the toxins in your stomach and cleans it out. the first two days of doing this is really hard bc you barely eat anything. but after, it gets better. and ive started doing this exercise as well and let me tell u, i pushed myself and kept pushing until i couldnt go more. i could only do the first 20 min of this video today. my legs completely broke down on me. so i stopped. im going to go as far as i can each day and slowly build up my tolerance. dont feel the need that you HAVE to do this everyday completely. i think im gonna do this every other day and go on my running machine on others. for beginners like us, we cant push ourself too much so lets start slow together ☺️

24/7 Day 3 - ✅ 74.35 ( felt ease while working out bending etc you just need to bare the muscles pain )
Whati ate - 2 slice of tostted bread with scrambled eggs for breakfast- 3 chapati with veggies - badam milk evening drink -
25/7 Day 4 - ✅ 74.70 ( felt lazy to work out then realized I got my period still did the workout.. Skipped the planks)
What I ate - 2 slice of toasted bread with scrambled egg - 3 roti with tomato gravy - couldnt resist myself so ate maggie (dont eat)
26/7 Day 5 - ❌ didn't workout cuz of cramps but streched my body a lil bit
27/7 Day 6 - ❌ went out to fruends house, broke my diet and ate whatever i saw 😂
28/7 Day 7 - ✅ 73.85 [ woke up late didn't workout (i still co side this as workout) but did house chores and sweated a lot.. ]
My biggest tip to everyone doing this is that do it at your own pace! Emi is pro so she may seem faster. Practice makes perfect so there's no need to rush :)

I did this for about 6 months ago for 15 days and yes I had noticed little change in abs first but then due to health problems I was restricted for doing workouts like these and bow that I'm totally fine I'm starting this.
Day 1- (24/8/24) i did it , a lot of sweat , it was difficult to do.
Day 2 - (25/8/24) did it , dint sweat much , yes it was difficult.

Your weight will increase after a day or two.. I was surprised to see it jump up a kilo. Obviously this is because of the protection mechanisms of our muscles they become sore and also retain water especially big muscles of your legs, arms and abdomen but don't give up.. It will start wearing off in about a week. Remember your body is just prepping you for the new program! Don't give up! Give in! Fighting!!

It works! It works...just be very discipplined and consistently doing it minimum 3 times a week. Do not give up if you dont see results after 2 or 3 weeks...keep on doing it. Results is quaranteed and visible after 4 to 6 weeks. This is really a full body fat burn workout. If you are struggling with some excerices at the beginning...keep on trying and pray to God to give you strenght and power to hold on. When Emi says..." remember your goal...just do that.

I did this for a month and noticed change in my body... initially I didn't check on my weight but after a week i observed it as 61.5 kg.... I did walking in the morning and exercised in the evening following with more basic healthy food diet which can be affordable in every household... after a month my weight is 58 kg....Also, i skipped only exercise for 4-5 days randomly overall in a month.... i took a break of 3 days now due to a bit laziness.... again need to start from today....my goal is 50 kg... please remind me to help you with my updates if needed any

I started doing this recently! My starting weight is 63 kgs and my target is 50 kgs (I'm 5'1" and I think this is fairly reasonable). Hoping to be consistent, so here's my check-in;

I started with emi's 10 min full body hiit workout and gradually moved onto this, after a month everyone around me saw changes, I didn’t because i had that before image kept in my mind so i would recommend you to give this workout at least a month! You don’t need to see physical changes. Good luck, we can do it!!💜 remember it takes time to gain weight and it will take time to lose that weight!

I’ve been doing this almost daily for a month now and the thing I’m most proud of is the fact that before this I couldn’t do narrow pushups I could only do it woth my hands/shoulders out wider, but now I can do like 10 of the narrow push ups because I’ve trained my body. I’ve also managed to do this with things like the squat pulses and walk sits, whereas before I would literally collapse after them I’ve now trained my body to be stronger and I love it.
How much weight did you loose?
Sadly for you it’s not as simple as how much weight I’ve lost. I’m in eating disorder recovery so this last month I’ve only lost about 4 pounds because my calorie intake for most days has increased. However doing this workout has helped me gain a lot of muscle. But I couldn’t tell you how much you’ll lose because I’ve damaged my metabolism so yours will be at a different rate. Just try to be healthy and you’re body will do the right thing

Jules Baker I am also in eating disorder recovery... suffered for 10+ years. When I finally, really truly quit, I gained 15 pounds in less than 4 months. You are right about having to basically retrain your body and teach it what metabolism should be like. But I am a mom of a little 3 year old girl so I definitely want her to learn my new healthy habits instead of my old ones! I am rooting for you girly!

Just do not give up until you reach the goal & after getting in your ideal shape don't stop doing it. just do little bit moves or walk to maintain it. I mean don't waste your hardwork!!!

Did you change your diet? I am asking because that is the biggest problem for me. I love to eat but now I want to change myself (all of my friends and relatives laugh at me as I'm fat but I am doing it for myself to get my thighs and belly slim). If you told me that would be really nice of you :)
I’m gonna be consistent this time.
Day one - I stopped at the 20 minute mark today because I’m easing myself in to this to make it a long term habit. I felt like giving up several times but I find that telling myself “just one more” really helped push me past those moments
Day two- Stopped at 22 minute mark today. Gradually building my way up is better than giving up early !
Day three- stopped at 22 minute mark today but I’m so proud of how well I was able to execute each exercise. Will be back again tomorrow!
Day four- Didn’t feel like doing it today but I did it anyway! Nearly getting through the whole video now.

recently I learnt that my ex best friend has been mocking my weight behind my back and I told myself to not let it get to me... but here i am.
I am gonna try to do it 5 days per week.
Day 1: done - first time trying Emi's workout literally dying. Had to skip the arm exercises due to injury. but feeling the burn in all the other exercises!!!
Day 2: doneeeeee- today my whole body was so soreeee. dying but at the same time feeeels so goooooooood.
Day 3: DONEEEEEEE- managed to do all arm exercises on top of usual exercises so feeling proud of myselffff
Day 4: DONEEE- was legit dying but here i am
Day 5: DONEEEEEEE- today was so much better as compared to the other days
Day6: Rest
Day 7 : Rest
Was sick for a week so continuing now
Day 8: today was so hard after resting for a whole weeeeeek
Day 9: I DID THE WHOLE THING TODAY!!!

I never thought this would be that effective but I just decided to gave a try and literally lost 3 kg in a week! Still doing this exercise, it's my second week now! I have been controlling to avoid eating junk foods too! Don't give up guys I know it's hard but it's all worth it in the end! ❤

@@alrkenji6854 I recommend burning more calories than you consume, if you have slow metabolism try eating a lot of carbs for 2 or 3 days, then switch to low carb and keep repeating everyday while consistently doing workouts. Also limit the amount of sugar and unhealthy foods and get plenty of rest. Long periods of Cardio is actually bad for you so try Epoc! (It's basically where you do short Intense workouts and it causes ur body to burn fat while sleeping/resting.
