    this october been 10 months doing amy workout..total lost is 21kg and i will keep going..this video is my first workout video i follow then change to other amy workout video..i lost 10 kg in the first month coz i do it with proper diet..now i still diet and eat what i want but not in big amount. also i only drink water that contain sugar when im really craving..i drink almost 2L plain water everyday..i increase my vegies portion and cut my rice portion...now been doing this workout again.
    Also when im begin im 104kg and now im 83kg..wish me luck so i can keep goingg..

    I've seen a lot of comments like "I am having a challenge of doing this workout, my weight is (for example) 65 kilos, my goal is (also for example) 45 kilos, support me!"
    SO GUYS LISTEN
    When you are having a goal it's great, but it should be adequate for you! If you feel that you need to lose weight it's okay, but notice that while doing exercises you not only losing weight and burn fat but also gain muscles. And muscles are heavier than fat, that means that your weight can increase! For example, you're fit enough, and than your weight is starting to increase. This could mean that you are growing your muscles, and it's great!
    THE MAIN POINT IS that while exercising you should take into consideration the way you look at the mirror and your body shape. 45, 35 or 15 kilos IS NOT ALWAYS HEALTHY, you can be thin and fit and well-shaped with the weight of 50, 60, 70 kilos. Just think, your muscles and bones and other can't have zero weight! Tale this note into account

      15 kilos and 35 kilos is DEFINITELY NOT HEALTHY especially when you’re 15 years old and above. This is just based on my country’s age-weight ratio but 15 kilos is just a no

      @@mercyj7970 no. I follow some of emy's video. This one is my favorites. Makes me sweat a lot and still feel the burn until the next day after work out. I also like emy's bed work out video. I work out 3-4 times a week, 30-40 mins each. Sometimes i combine 10 mins work out with 15 or 20 mins work out on emy's channel

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

      Lydia Lau One session early morning(empty stomach) and one in the evening which is 3-4 hrs after lunch. Do it on a regular basis with healthy diet and you will surely see results. I'm having PCOD so it took me some extra time but it really work.

      stream dna increase protein intake and reduce carbs in your meals. Calorie deficit and workouts together will help. You can track your meals and workouts on Healthify me app which i used and still using. It will surely help you to keep record of your daily calorie intake.
      Breakfast - boiled egg, egg onion omlete, oats cooked with milk with honey, brown bread with peanut butter
      Lunch - 1 multigrain chapati, cereals, salads and vegeies(1 cup)
      Dinner - a glass of milk with a bowl of salads
      For snacks you can have fruits
      This is what i followed throughout my journey. And this is something which someone can follow in a long term.

      Princess Habbu try to do it in the morning and evening. Initially for a month you can do this twice a day and after that you can incorporate some additional workouts along with this. PCOD has only one cure, healthy lifestyle. Now I'm perfectly fine and have no issues of irregular periods. Hope this helps you too.

    If anyone needs update I'm putting below
    Belly: 111 cm, arm: 35 cm, thigh: 62 cm, calve: 42 cm,,,,,, i couldn’t measure my weight for lockdown
    Day1: did it,,,, nothing felt,,,
    Day2: thirsty a lot,,, still did it
    Day3: last stage was too difficult, drank 3 glasses of water while exercising
    Day4: my legs hurt a lot on last 2 stage
    Day5: took a break today
    Day6: it became easier after the break
    Day7: So,,,, today also done,,, I'm tired, drank lots of water,,,,
    Day8: Done today...
    Day9: Did it,,,, now It's feeling easy compared to the first few days
    Day10: Today is break
    *Note: After 10 days,,,, my belly: 104.5 cm, arm: 33.5 cm, thigh: 58 cm, calve: 39 cm*
    *_i'm stopping updating here but I'll keep doing this exercise since it's helping_*
    *AFTER 2 MONTH - i can see the difference in my bare eyes, I'm looking much better, mom also noticed it,,, guys you should continue this exercise, if you missed two or three days no problem, continue it but don't lose hope and pls eat healthy like fresh vegetables, meat and lots of water,,,,,This will help you more*

      Here! It's my first dau doing this routine! It was exhausting, I'm currently going to the gym, full cardio for about an hour and a half.
      I went down 14 pounds in a month with exercise, keto and inttermitent fasting diet!

    So i did this workout today and it was so amazing! I might update so sorry if i forget!
    Day 1:rlly difficult, completed it, physically felt awful but mentally felt amazing!
    Day 2:still difficult, pushed myself harder obviously no change
    Day 3: lol no one is following along but my whole body feels a lot firmer but my legs are sore

    I lost 6 pounds, an inch around my waist and hips following this!
    Ive been on a weightloss journey, I started at 200 pounds, went down to 156 but the scale wouldnt budge for a long time. Then I started to follow this workout for 3 weeks, 4 times a week in the morning and I see the results! I'm down to 150!

    What I love best about your workouts is that your background commentary keeps us going. You're not afriad to mute/edit out your own struggles with the workout which just further shows that this workout is effective and not a cookie cutter workout stolen from a website.

    I started with my diet a day before this workout. I’m doing a keto diet and have 2 meals per day with no snacking. Drinking lot of water as well.
    Day 1: First day of workout and had to skip the last exercise because I was so out of breath. I’m at 85.0kg and 167cm tall
    Day 2: My muscles hurt but I still continued to work out today followed by a 10min stretching session as well. I’m at 84.6kg
    Day 3: My whole body is hurting now but this will be my rest day. I’m at 84.1kg
    Day 4: I did the 45min workout and my soreness is going away. I’m still at 84.1kg
    Day 5: I did the 30min HIIT for today and I feel pretty good. This time it felt shorter than the last ones and I managed to do all the exercises. I’m at 83.1kg
    Day 6: Taking a break because wanted to have sundays as my break days. still at 83.1kg
    Day 7: full week of this exercise done. I’ve lost 2kg this week and continue with my diet and workouts. I’ll update you next week.
    Day 14: Late Update but i've lost 4kg in the first two weeks. Right now im almost at the end of week 3 but i couldn't work out much since i was quite busy. Im gonna try to keep it up again!

    I've been working out for around 18 days so far, and at the beginning, I couldn't complete a 15-minute exercise let alone something like this. But today I did this full exercise, along with an Emi leg & thigh exercise before. So if you're just starting out and finding it too hard and feeling like you're not going nowhere, just keep going! you can do anything xx

    This workout works for me. I started on January and I’m still doing it up until now and I am very happy with the results. I’m eating alot but still, my body is not getting so fat anymore unlike before. Also, these exercises made me stronger and gave me the endurance I need to keep myself from having fatigue from 24 hours duty in the hospital. I need this workout to keep me going.     I've been doing this workout for 4 months alongside with emi's 15 min HIIT workout and I lost a total of 10 kilograms. From 87kg to 76kg, I am so happy I tried working out to be healthy.
    *edit: I am currently 72kg and I am struggling to lose more weight. I had a little slump when it comes to exercising, but I am back now! Good luck to me!

    I'm going to do for 2 weeks this workout with 15 MIN THIGH FAT WORKOUT (Emi Wong) and Alexis Ren ab workout). I will not follow a diet, i'll just try to eat for 3 times a day without snacks.

    Been doing this since 2 weeks ago, I was 54,6kg/153cm now 52,7kg/153cm. I do this 3-5 times a week. Will do the update xx
    update: I’m 48,8kg now! (after 2 months)
    an update again after 8 months lol: 43,4kg/153!
    Thank you for the likes I hope you guys will be motivated! I just wanna say that any kind of exercise videos are effective as long you consistent to do it, but I prefer this exercise just because I found this easier than any exercise video that I’ve tried lol and I’ve download the video on my phone so it became my usual habit to do the exercise from this video😂 I lost arounds 11kgs in 6 months (calorie deficit + exercise). Now, I’m just planning to maintain my weight because I think I’ve reach my own goal. (I control my food intakes with clean eating! Do it consistent and slowly it’ll become part of your healthy lifestyle) and these are some phrases that I found helpful and keep motivate me to lose my weight I hope it works on you guys too:
    “I want to see what happens if I don’t give up”
    “Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. So, choose your hard!”
    “In 2 weeks you will feel it, in 4 weeks you will see it and in 8 weeks you will hear it” (THIS IS REALLY WORKS ON ME OMGGGG YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT KIND OF FEELINGS WHEN PEOPLE AROUND YOU START SAYING “Did you lose some weights?” “How can you are getting slimmer” “Your face looks so fresh now” “Tell me the tips!”)
    SOOOO FIGHTING YOU GUYS!!! 💪🤟 SET YOUR GOAL WITH HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. DON’T EVER COMPARE YOUR PROGRESS TO ANYONE PROGRESS. BE PATIENCE IT’S JUST ABOUT TIME!!! And I want to say big thanks to Emi too because this video helps me a loooot💞

    2/1/19, I love that it's all standing cuz when I'm on the floor I just lay there... So IM EXCITED to try this workout to TONE UP and I'm only 14. I will NOT diet but use some common sense, like If I'm so full why would I eat more...

    I couldn't thank you enough for making this video! I lost 6kgs just by doing this exercise 4-5 times a week in just one month! For anyone who's wondering, i eat healthy too but not everyday cause i was a big eater and it's really hard for me to handle food lol. But when i didn't eat healthy i do calorie deficit. And you'll surely see the result after!

    This video was one of the cardio hiit videos I watched to lose weight.
    Before quarantine I weigh almost 70 kgs. After 3 months I lost 10 kgs, I did this with intermittent fasting plus no junk foods, no sodas though cheat days were still there. I stopped working out for a month, stopped my IF & cheat day everyday, then I gained additional 3 kgs 😭, so here I am again... let's do this!

    It is day three of trying out your workouts and I' already seeing my abs, thank you so much I love you workouts. I've tried other workouts but they never seem to work for my body type but yours work really well. Those who are looking to see if her workouts work, they do! Everyone else's body type is different and the progress will take more time but if you stay consistent with the workouts you'll most likely see progress. Whenever you feel like giving up, remember what she tells us all "No pain, no gain guys" that's what's always been keeping me motivated to continue on. Look at what you want your goals to be and achieve those goals. Don't just look at how you want to look but the more you do workouts the happier you'll feel about yourself and the better you'll feel with others as well. Thank you so much Emi Wong for your workouts, I'm most definitely sticking to your workouts. I'm going to try them for a long term period from now to the end of the summer to see how my progress goes!!!

      Besides I drank green tea(lemon+ginger) in the morning in empty stomach which also helped me a lot to reduce weight
      I didn't ate junk food for 2 months
      And try to drink water frequently it also helps you to loss weight

    Day1: 278kcal (I didn't do the jumping squats and took it easy with the others) + 307 kcal from emi's 30 min walking wo.
    Day2: Scale showed 57.45kg this morning. Too sore for this workout, walked outside 575cal

    Day 1: It was Hard at the end but i did it !
    Day 2: Its still hard especially at the end but this time i could do the exercises a bit faster :)

    Love how these aren’t very hard. They may be hard to do for 30 mins but they are do-able. I can’t do a plank for 5 seconds so to know that I don’t need a mat and I stand up for these exercises. Thank you Emi! 😘🥰💛

    I started my fitness journey a few months ago (July, I assume. I lost track of time) and my fitness level increased a lot thanks to Emis Workouts. I tried to make my goal changing my future: Exercise to stay healthy and train my body for work. For the first time in my life I tried to work out without the goal to become skinny and "pretty". Sometimes I fail to remind myself that I want to be fit and not skinny but I keep it up! So if you read this: You are not alone, you can do this and if you fail, that's okay! Just get up and try again :)

      Just saying, a good diet is the most important thing. Does not matter if u wanna tone your body, lose weight or build muscles. Diet is 70% and training is only 30%. So youre not gonna see results if u eat trash 24/7.

    When I got to the squats I honestly felt like throwing up so I stopped there took a nice cold shower and slept and tryed to get further into the routine the next day. Please do not push yourself to hard

      Absolutely! If you feel like this workout overworks you, try an easier workout, once you've adapted your body you can do more advanced workouts along the way, also I hope you rested for about 15-30 before taking a shower! 🤗

After one week, my arms are more toned (but I'm also doing an arm exercise on the side), and I can almost do the entire workout without added pauses (it was impossible for me on day 1). It's going to be difficult to do that five days a week, but I like how I feel after working out. Hang in there everyone ~]

    [Finally, I'm able to do it entirely, without any breaks or replacements !! Okay, so it has been three weeks : for me, the workout was mostly effective on hips, thighs, arms, and on the back. (What I mean is I have less fat in these places and I can feel it.) This was super hard some days, but I'm glad I did it ! I will now continue to use this workout occasionnaly. Good luck everyone !     This is my first day that I've started for 30 min. with Emi. Now I'm dying. In quarantine days I want to lose minimum 10 kg.I'm eating healthy foods and working out. I hope it'll worth it. Thank you Emi, you've really motivated me. ❤️

    Weight: 64.2 kg
    Goal: 58 kg
    Height: 167 cm
    Day 1 : it was difficult. I was very sweaty but I made it. Last two exercises seemed difficult hence I replaced crunches with that.
    Day 2 : It was still difficult. My muscles were tight n I was just pushing myself.
    I did half of the 2nd last exercise and replaced the rest with crunches.
    Day 3 : Today, it wasn't much tiring but as usual by the end I lost my stamina and did half of last two exercises.
    Day 4 : Damn. Today seemed quite easy. I was finally able to do second last exercise. Last exercise was replaced by crunches. (Note: sumo squat hold is very difficult, but with ur willpower u will make it like I did!)
    Ur diet matters alot tho. I am having fatty meals but okay, I'll soon eat healthy :)
    Day 5 : today, I felt like giving up fr. Honestly I skipped 3-4 seconds of each routine. And I did half of the last two exercises. Did crunches and bridges as well.
    Day 6 : I dunno why but today i competed this workout quite quick. But as usual last 2 exercise was replaced by jumpacing jacks,crunches and bridges.
    Day 7 : Yess!! Today was smooth. I was finally able to do the last 2 exercises.
    Lesson: have a will, n dont give up
    Day 8 : today, I took a break.
    Day 9 : didnt exercise. (Need a break)
    Day 10 : I did it today. Replaced last 2 with crunches and bridges.
    Day 11 : I didnt workout.
    Day 12 : dint workout today as well :(
    (Will surely be regular)

    I don’t weigh myself regularly because I am trying to focus more on working out consistently rather than monitoring my weight. I have been using emi’s workouts consistently for about 4 weeks now and I look soooo much smaller. Thank you emi, you’ve changed my life.

    Day 1-166.4lb I got really tired but I pushed through it
    Day 2-I had to take a rest before it said to but I am mentally feeling proud of myself.I did it tho

    I started this exercise in 2019 and lost around 20 pounds in 8 months. I stopped in 2020 and gained back 15 pounds. I am going to start this again today and comment every day until I improve my stamina.

    I'm doing this exercise along with 2 other excercises and also taking 10,000 and 11,000 steps a day. So far I feel pretty motivated on my weight loss journey,wishing everyone good luck:)
    update:so far Im seeing progress as many of my family members took time to comment on my mini weight loss and honestly I'm so proud of myself. I'm also overcoming my unhealthy addiction w fast food by eating only healthy stuff.

    I started this workout mid june and today is 31 August..on the day i started my weight was 85 kg..i followed two sessions of emi's workout...both were 30 minutes..i did 1 for 3 days and other one for 3 days..sunday was my cheat day..i used to eat anything i wanted on sunday except sugar or any other sugar drinks...i eat both meals everyday...and her workouts...i lost 25 kgs in these 2 months...im now 60 and my goal is around 45 or 50..to everyone out there stressing over weight loss..u should not focus on weight loss but a healthy weight loss.....i focused on how much intake of calories i have a day snd how much should i burn...make a disciplined weight loss chart and start...u will surely achieve ur goals

      hello, this is amazing progress congrats! I have a question... what do you mean you followed 1 for three days? did you split the 30 minute sessions into 10 minutes a day for 3 days or did you do 30 minutes each day?

    I almost fainted doing this workout since its my 2nd time trying it, and im still a teen. My mom saw me doing it telling me to stop. Luckily i was stopped in time before I faint. I hope in the future, if i continue doing this workout, i swear its a good workout just dont push tourself, i will be strong enough to not faint. you can really feel the burn.

      if you want abs, it’s true what they say, ABS ARE BUILT IN THE KITCHEN SO WORK OUT BITCH! (i am very supportive if i do say so myself) Overall, diet is important, it’s deffo over 50% of becoming fit (what I heard anyways from “professionals,” so I’m taking their word)

    Day 1- ✅ sweat is dripping down, I feel the burn, feeling amazing, 1st day is difficult 💪 but stay strong
    Day 2- ✅ feeling a little tired in the start but after completing the exercise feeling good
    Day 3- ✅ I'm not feeling to do this exercise but guys focus on goal there is no excuse, my thighs are hurting to much. I hope you will also complete
    Day 4- ✅ I'm on my period but still I did it , I feel less pain now , feeling good after doing I'm start feeling tonning of my muscles
    Day 5- ✅ done for today , keep strong guys, I feel the burn 😊
    Day 6 - ✅ god today is did this exercise in evening because some reason, so much sweat , I'm happy ❤ for completing this workout 💪
    Day 7- ✅ actually I took break on Sunday and today is Monday, i don't feel like exercising but I did , I Got bored easily , so today is my last say or this workout 💪 stay strong guys.
    By doing this exercise one feel I can feel I'm less lazy more active throughout the day, I have less anxiety, I can see myself loosing some weight, my stomach is almost flat now I was 29 back than but now I'm 27 sized.

    Emi, thank you for creating what is now my favorite period workout! 😮 Seriously, I love being able to still workout for about 30 minutes, still being able to sweat, and still feeling the burn without worrying about belly discomfort or accidents on my mat. And this is so good for my lower back pain and other period-related aches as well. For the first time I’m looking forward to working hard on my period!! 💗

      @New it took about 4 months, i did the workout 4 times a week, I don't remember my specific diet I just started eating healthier and cutting back on alcohol and sugars.

    DAY 1 - I am out of breath........Many exercises Like jumping ones and lunge ones i couldn't do...I was doing by taking support of Sofa.......The last one I was doing pulses......I hope i can do it in future.....
