girl I swear i have never followed a workout video till the end in my life , this was easy and stressless and made me sweat a tone, i highly recommend her workouts for beginners and ppl who get tired easily
I had a really stressful couple of days and felt like I had such a weight on my chest. My whole body is more defined, my balance has gotten better, my posture has improved and it helps me keep a healthy sleeping schedule too. Love this, truly. I barely leave comments on videos btw :)
@@malzsq focus on the movement, not doing it fast. This way helps you focus on the muscles your working and helps to grow strength. Slow and controlled.
I've been dealing with SI Joint disfunction for almost 3 years; but I can totally do your workouts without pain or fear of reinjury. They are the perfect combo of cardio and strength training. The low impact ones work best for me but I often just modify the high impact ones without a problem. I look forward to doing an Eleni workout everyday! Thank you!!! xo

Amazing! I am an advancer exerciser for over 20 years and have never really done a lot of Pilates. I have been hurting really bad in my whole body for months and decided to do something different. I loved this workout and am going to try to incorporate more Pilates in my workouts. It is tough!!

Nice workout, I am not trained and it was nice and my heart rate was like mild cardio - average 133bpm. I just need to modify some exercises because of my sensitive wrists - I was on my elbows instead.

Absolutely loved this one!! It has been a while since I have worked out and wanted to ease myself gently back into a routine but still get a great workout. This was PERFECT! I broke a sweat but didn't feel overly exerted. An amazing first day back on the workout circuit! My body and muscles thank you! Keep up the great work!

Okay, soooooo this was harder than I thought it was gonna be and I workout regularly. I am trying to fit more mobility, flexibility, and balance workouts in my routine that do not bore me or activate my muscles and this was perfect. Gonna keep doing it until it is mastered.
