For diet I just stick to simple homemade food which has less oil .Plus changing mentality that’s is to focus on the process and not on the progress . You should never take workout as a punishment or burden rather an experience of a healthy journey ✌🏻.
@@shriya1877 try to incorporate varieties of fruits and vegetables in your diet it will help to boost your metabolism. In Pcos what happens is body metabolism gets extremely slow.
Btw I used to have pcod and reversed it naturally. I'll tell you what I did, eat simple home food (doesn't matter carbs, fat whatever, just eat more veggies and minimize fried food and desserts). Take supplements - Vit d (do a blood test and take vit d till your levels are above 60), magnesium glycinate, chromium (only for 3 months, then stop for 3 months and start again), zinc also 3 month stop start. This plus spiritual practices like chanting the hare krishna maha mantra (chant - hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Ram) will help you immens. And obv exercise. Trust me if you do this you'll reverse pcos too. Chanting you can start with 10 mins a day and increase gradually. Good luck. Hope you achieve your goals and feel happy.

Today is 13rd December. I do this exercise in the morning and do "30 min Full Body Fat burn HIIT (No Jumping)" in the afternoon. (I will not exercise when I have period days, I will do other exercises instead). My current weight is 54.94kilograms (~121lbs). I will update daily process and my weight after one month. ▪️Day 1 (14.12.2023): ✅ I woke up late today so I just did this exercise in the afternoon. Full of energy after I did it... ▪️Day 2 (15.12.2023): ✅️ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did 45mins Walking workout in the morning and 30mins full body workout in the afternoon. What an awesome workout. Been awhile since I've worked out and did most of it the day before yesterday and it is sneakily tough. I felt ok after, was semi tough especially for a walking workout. Woke up the next day barely able to move, I was sore from head to toe. Jumping in to my second round but if you are new here its vital to stretch before and after. Do not underestimate this workout
This is my first day doing this workout and I’m telling you I AM SO OUT OF SHAPE! I did this till 15:13 and manage to complete one set (I’m happy and tired) and I’ll try my best to persevere until the end tomorrow! No pain no gain!

@@rammiliyanage1078I never did categorize it under walking in my watch as it would only count the steps and not the overall burn so I am also doing this and counting the kcal under full body workout which in overall counts the full body burn Hope it helps :)
I haven't been doing any kind of training for a few months now but saw a woman on insta doing this workout and i wanted to give it a go. It was hard, but i did every set and every rep! Sometimes I had to settle for 20 or 30 seconds instead of the 40, but I did it :D And i'm very proud of myself for that. Thanks for the great workout! I'll make sure to chek out some more 😁

DAY 1. Done ✅ I could only did 23:55 mins of work out today, I did take some break in between as I’m a girl who does not work out at all, but I have realised it’s high time I should as I have gained a lot of weight, my current weight is around 61 kg something, I feel very heavy and lost a lot of confidence and don’t really feel beautiful these days . So my Goal is to reach 45 kg. I don’t know how I’ll do it, but I’m sure I’ll reach my goal. I’ll do my best ✊🏻 (Date-27 April 2024. Oh yes I feel very light headed after the work out 😅 Day 2 Done ✅ I could only do 14 mins of this work out, not proud of myself at all, but oh well! Also I have done emis back work out for 10 mins.

▪Day 7 (20.12.2023): ✅ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did this exercise 45mins in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 8 (21.12.2023): ✅ I did this cardio in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 9 (22.12.2023): ✅ (I think I'll mantain have a glass of smoothie per day. It has benifits such as removing toxins out of my body and replacing breakfat) Today I had a tomato + apple smoothie. I did 45mins walking workout combined with 30mins Full body Fat burn HIIT (No jumping). Normally meals.
Finally picked up working out after 4 months ! I'm so happy to see myself getting back there!! Pls do pass some motivation to keep me going! Need it more than ever ❤

What an awesome workout. Been awhile since I've worked out and did most of it the day before yesterday and it is sneakily tough. I felt ok after, was semi tough especially for a walking workout. Woke up the next day barely able to move, I was sore from head to toe. Jumping in to my second round but if you are new here its vital to stretch before and after. Do not underestimate this workout
This is my first day doing this workout and I’m telling you I AM SO OUT OF SHAPE! I did this till 15:13 and manage to complete one set (I’m happy and tired) and I’ll try my best to persevere until the end tomorrow!

I just did this for the first time and IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! I used to (barely) be able to do workouts under like 20 mins, but this time I actually managed to finish a 45 min workout(with like 2 extra breaks and a couple modifications, but still!!! i feel so good rn
Had so much fun doing this workout! It wasn't hard at all for me, but I sweat a lot and burned around 400 calories! Will definitely do this every day with deficit calories! Today, I'm 66.6 kg, and my target is around 55 kg to 60 kg! Good luck to me!

@@rammiliyanage1078I never did categorize it under walking in my watch as it would only count the steps and not the overall burn so I am also doing this and counting the kcal under full body workout which in overall

I haven't been doing any kind of training for a few months now but saw a woman on insta doing this workout and i wanted to give it a go. It was hard, but i did every set and every rep! Sometimes I had to settle for 20 or 30 seconds instead of the 40, but I did it :D And i'm very proud of myself for that. Thanks for the great workout! I'll make sure to chek out some more 😁

Done ✅ I could only did 23:55 mins of work out today, I did take some break in between as I’m a girl who does not work out at all, but I have realised it’s high time I should as I have gained a lot of weight, my current weight is around 61 kg something, I feel very heavy and lost a lot of confidence and don’t really feel beautiful these days . So my Goal is to reach 45 kg. I don’t know how I’ll do it, but I’m sure I’ll reach my goal. I’ll do my best ✊🏻 (Date-27 April 2024. Oh yes I feel very light headed after the work out 😅

Hi Emi, I've been doing this workout for the past two weeks and it feels really great! Its so hot so doing this cardio exercise indoors is perfect. I lost 2 kg by adding this to my daily routine and hopefully I can reach my goal 54kg! (I'm also from HK)

Hi Emi, I have one herniated disk and one bulging disc. It causes me sciatica pain regularly. I am told I can only do low impact workouts and with these walking workouts I feel like I am still getting a good cardio workout. Thanks Emi
