    I started at 75 kg, it's been 1.5 months im doing this workout daily, and i lose 5 kg with intermittent fasting. Never been consistent with workout before, because of my knee and backpain. Because of doing this workout daily, im not only losing weight, i feel energetic, gain my confidence and my backpain is slowly dissapear too. Thank you, Emi!

    I'm doing this workout for 2 months. As result I lose almost 9 kgs which is at begining my weight is 69, now I'm at 61 kgs with a proper cool down

      Wow lovely that encourages me that this workout works I thought cardio with squats and jumping jacks work only I have very weak joint from childhood so I can't do heavy workout but I wanna lose my tummy fat so bad so now I am gonna do it daily 😜✌️

    Done workout 6days .. 1 days .i do 2 excersice ..morning n night .. i do this workout without any skip . 3days i lost 1kg . Now six days i lost 2kg .. weight before 58kg .
    Now my weight 54kg on the way 53kg ..target 47 or 46kg . Wish me gud luck .❤

    Hello Emi, it has been a month since I started this workout. I started at 66kg. I didn't expect any weight lose, I just want to move my body more. But unexpectedly, it decrease my weight into 64.5kg. My body feels lighter than before and it feels so much good. I'll try to keep doing this workout, cause it's the only workout that makes me comfortable and enjoy every move. Thank you for creating this video:")

    Emi is so talkative. But that's what I like, miss and reason why I keep going back to her channel. Her pep talk really helps! It keeps me motivated to finish the workout. And her reminders help me remember to keep my form.

    Thanks Emi I started your workouts from 20th June ,2022 started with my weight 66kgs and now in 7th October 2022 it came down to 59kgs. I did your workout every 3-4times in a week .
    Note : I am fighting with pcod so it was bit tough but yeah goal is :46kgs
    Edit : now my weight is 57 kg 😀

      @@shriya1877 I followed Emi’s workout and went for 40mins morning walks everyday . For diet I just stick to simple homemade food which has less oil .Plus changing mentality that’s is to focus on the process and not on the progress . You should never take workout as a punishment or burden rather an experience of a healthy journey ✌🏻.

      @@shriya1877 try to incorporate varieties of fruits and vegetables in your diet it will help to boost your metabolism. In Pcos what happens is body metabolism gets extremely slow.

      Btw I used to have pcod and reversed it naturally. I'll tell you what I did, eat simple home food (doesn't matter carbs, fat whatever, just eat more veggies and minimize fried food and desserts). Take supplements - Vit d (do a blood test and take vit d till your levels are above 60), magnesium glycinate, chromium (only for 3 months, then stop for 3 months and start again), zinc also 3 month stop start. This plus spiritual practices like chanting the hare krishna maha mantra (chant - hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Ram) will help you immens. And obv exercise. Trust me if you do this you'll reverse pcos too. Chanting you can start with 10 mins a day and increase gradually. Good luck. Hope you achieve your goals and feel happy.

    Today is 13rd December.
    I do this exercise in the morning and do "30 min Full Body Fat burn HIIT (No Jumping)" in the afternoon. (I will not exercise when I have period days, I will do other exercises instead). My current weight is 54.94kilograms (~121lbs). I will update daily process and my weight after one month.
    ▪️Day 1 (14.12.2023): ✅ I woke up late today so I just did this exercise in the afternoon. Full of energy after I did it...
    ▪️Day 2 (15.12.2023): ✅️ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did 45mins Walking workout in the morning and 30mins full body workout in the afternoon. Normally meals.
    ▪Day 3 (16.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today)
    ▪Day 4 (17.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
    ▪Day 5 (18.12.2023): ✅️ I did this cardio 2 times and normally meals.
    ▪Day 6 (19.12.2023): ✖ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
    ▪Day 7 (20.12.2023): ✅ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did this exercise 45mins in the afternoon. Normally meals.
    ▪Day 8 (21.12.2023): ✅ I did this cardio in the afternoon. Normally meals.
    ▪Day 9 (22.12.2023): ✅ (I think I'll mantain have a glass of smoothie per day. It has benifits such as removing toxins out of my body and replacing breakfat) Today I had a tomato + apple smoothie. I did 45mins walking workout combined with 30mins Full body Fat burn HIIT (No jumping). Normally meals.

    i just started mine. and its just you emi wong i followed and am following to do this burn fat for my health. i am watvhing youre videos not skiping every steps.my doctor said i need to loose weight burn fats. great workout ms.emi. i am loving to love myself more. i am 60kg now. my target is 47kg. way way more for me. i will edit this once i reach my target weigh. tysm emi for this lovely workout. i am sweating a lot for real. and i like it.

    Guys don't repeat this more than one time a day if you are doing it for the first time !!!
    I did it two times and fainted .... this is true.
    Btw this helped me loose 10 kgs... so do it 1 time a day.

    What an awesome workout. Been awhile since I've worked out and did most of it the day before yesterday and it is sneakily tough. I felt ok after, was semi tough especially for a walking workout. Woke up the next day barely able to move, I was sore from head to toe. Jumping in to my second round but if you are new here its vital to stretch before and after. Do not underestimate this workout

    This is my first day doing this workout and I’m telling you I AM SO OUT OF SHAPE! I did this till 15:13 and manage to complete one set (I’m happy and tired) and I’ll try my best to persevere until the end tomorrow!
    No pain no gain!

    I just did this for the first time and IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! I used to (barely) be able to do workouts under like 20 mins, but this time I actually managed to finish a 45 min workout(with like 2 extra breaks and a couple modifications, but still!!! i feel so good rn

    Had so much fun doing this workout! It wasn't hard at all for me, but I sweat a lot and burned around 400 calories! Will definitely do this every day with deficit calories! Today, I'm 66.6 kg, and my target is around 55 kg to 60 kg! Good luck to me!

    I've never commented on a yt video before but want to ty emi I burned 550 kcal with this workoutt !!! And to make it to 600 kcal (cuz I was soooo closee) I did the last three exercises again after the cool down!! Anddd I burned 639 kcal in totall !! :))) tysm emii loads of love

      Dear, how do u categorize this under workout to get to know the calories burnt? I m selecting this under other workouts not under walking , is it ok???

      ​@@rammiliyanage1078I never did categorize it under walking in my watch as it would only count the steps and not the overall burn so I am also doing this and counting the kcal under full body workout which in overall
      counts the full body burn

    I haven't been doing any kind of training for a few months now but saw a woman on insta doing this workout and i wanted to give it a go. It was hard, but i did every set and every rep! Sometimes I had to settle for 20 or 30 seconds instead of the 40, but I did it :D And i'm very proud of myself for that. Thanks for the great workout! I'll make sure to chek out some more 😁

    DAY 1. Done ✅ I could only did 23:55 mins of work out today, I did take some break in between as I’m a girl who does not work out at all, but I have realised it’s high time I should as I have gained a lot of weight, my current weight is around 61 kg something, I feel very heavy and lost a lot of confidence and don’t really feel beautiful these days . So my Goal is to reach 45 kg. I don’t know how I’ll do it, but I’m sure I’ll reach my goal. I’ll do my best ✊🏻 (Date-27 April 2024. Oh yes I feel very light headed after the work out 😅
    Day 2 Done ✅ I could only do 14 mins of this work out, not proud of myself at all, but oh well! Also I have done emis back work out for 10 mins.

    Hi Emi, I've been doing this workout for the past two weeks and it feels really great! Its so hot so doing this cardio exercise indoors is perfect. I lost 2 kg by adding this to my daily routine and hopefully I can reach my goal 54kg! (I'm also from HK)

    Hi Emi, I have one herniated disk and one bulging disc. It causes me sciatica pain regularly. I am told I can only do low impact workouts and with these walking workouts I feel like I am still getting a good cardio workout. Thanks Emi

    i was originally 103 kg had some rough journey with RCH also so took way many pills that resulted in me gaining 43kg i was originally 60 kg so yeeh life goes on i tried so many diets like soo sooo many i couldn't exercise due to my disease but lately i gained my strainght and since then i lost 10 kg now i'm 92 kg and looking forward to my journey
    also i have pcos so it's very hard to lose weight
    my goal is 60 kg and i'm going to try these exercices
