This class has a focus on toning, sculpting and strengthening your arms, shoulders, back and chest. Enjoy! 🌞

A nice quick routine with weights! Esp great on those days when we are pressed for time.Enjoyed the new movements with the twisting of the weights 💪💪I was really looking forward to a weights workout, and you read my mind 🥳🥳🥳😘😘😘

Dear Katja. I have been doing yoga for a while at home and have had multiple issues with my back, knee, neck etc. I loved your pilate classes. Crisp, not too much talking (the yoga teachers online yap on), and it addresses the core muscles. I feel a difference in 4 weeks already. Thank you for these. Please keep it up
