    Hello Katja, my name is Alejandro, I am 61 years old and I am writing to you from Caracas, Venezuela (South America) almost since the beginning of my quarantine, I have been following Pilates classes online, Pilates was indicated by my traumatologist for degenerative problems in my spine. But what I want to emphasize is that after searching on many UA-cam sites your site is the one I liked the most, I practice two or three times a week, I feel very good. I love your classes. I want to thank you and congratulate you on your work. It seems to me that I know you and you have a follower that admires and respects you in these latitudes

    Loved this morning session. Such a calming way to wake up the body. I recently changed my routine so that I do HIIT sessions in the evening rather than early morning. What was I thinking to do HIIT at 7.30am, when this is gentle exercise is so much kinder on the early morning body! Thanks Katja.

    Thank you uploading this morning stretch, this really helps. I pinched my back muscle over doing a stretch in your full body workout II. Purely, my own fault not concentrating as I've done this workout before with no problem. This stretch is helping me to heal. Feel so much better. Looking at your more gentle workouts for back pain to help me recover. I honestly feel better already. Thanks again, you're amazing! 💖💖💖💖

      @@JustBreathewithRachelGreene Yeah, it's the best you can do for a body in pain otherwise it just gets worse then it becomes all about the pain. Every now and then it pinches and I sound like James Brown but it's 95% better than it was, all thanks to Katja, I don't know what I'd without her videos. 😊

I have added music to a couple of videos (ua-cam.com/video/7FH7YgdlyTc/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/jQB9l3PWH14/v-deo.html), but the response was very mixed, the majority seem to prefer without... Hence have not been using music anymore... I hope you continue practicing with me! 🙏🏼😊
