I’m a Mental Health Therapist, and I work solely with combat veterans with PTSD (Trauma and Anger Issues, among other things). I use your videos, books, and teachings all the time (TRULY ALL THE TIME), please keep the good stuff coming!!! I show many of my veterans your videos, and even share them with my children as well.

Thank you so much. That means a lot to hear. I recently partnered with one of the most legendary Navy Seals on the planet (Hendo) to make a comprehensive video series for veterans, and that will be available soon. I’m genuinely honored to get to support our veterans, and I’m beyond grateful for their service. Sending you, your family, and the incredible veterans you work with all my best and tons of peace! 🙏🏼

Hey man just wanted say as a young guy who has been through an abusive household that just one of your videos have helped me immensely when it can to controling my ego and temper. Recently I lost a job opportunity because one of the managers there had threatened my ego I let out a burst of rage and left the job which was one of the best opportunities I came across and after talking with my girlfriend I realized things had to change so I swallowed my pride and came to this channel where I watched one of your old videos (5 tips to controling your anger) and I applied all the knowledge to my life which changed it forever. Thank you for everything you've done for changing many lives for good

Sometimes I listen to violent music with the understanding that the artist is trying to avoid the reality of his art

But the mind that’s seeks to change and control is the same mind that is in need of change? How does the “mind” master itself ?

this is anti-death metal and horror movie propaganda and I disagree. I think for some people, dark and extreme art allows them to confront and process anxieties about death, fear of the unknown, etc. in a safe and healthy way. It can act as a form of sublimation which is a mature coping mechanism. Your channel has helped me understand many things but "If you listen to violent music your mind will be violent"? Hard disagree. Do you know how many extreme metal fans say things like "grindcore saved my life"?

I was thinking something similar at first, but I think it’s more about moderation. For example if the main thing you consume is violent video games then maybe it’s true that you will have an inclination towards violent thoughts. But if you are ALSO consuming content that helps you radiate peace, positivity, self-love, & compassion that’s a different story
