Hi, Dr. Conte -- I just found your videos -- so thoughtful, so clear. I've been meditating for almost fifty years. Your comments about meditation are spot on. Another way to stop fighting between rounds is to stop or sharply cut back on watching the news, which is designed to keep us riled up. I feel sorry for people who have convinced themselves that they need to watch the news first thing in the morning, last thing at night, throughout the day. Peace, Dan

I don't think people should hold an absolute attitude on a certain thing, things can change and people can give items new meaning, so please don't cling onto an idea and let something that few people did to live in your brain rent-free. 🙏🏽

@Uncle D. Ruckus Hi friend. I have been meditating for close to a year now, about 15 min a day. I have been using a meditation app "Oak", there are many apps to choose from. It has both guided and unguided meditations, mindfulness meditation and loving kindness meditation.
Also, a book that has helped my mental health tremendously is "The Ultimate Happiness Prescription", by Deepak Chopra. Peace
