How to avoid being manipulated!

Mastering these two concepts will help you avoid being manipulated. If you struggle with either of these areas, the chances of you being manipulated are significantly higher. You are the only one who has unrestricted access to your mind, and this channel is designed to help you be the only one in control of your inner world. My goal is to help make difficult concepts easy to understand, but that does NOT mean that they are easy to practice. It's easy, for example, to understand how to do push-ups, but it's another thing entirely to actually get down on the ground and do them consistently. We master what we practice, however, and you are worth your entire effort!

Woooowww this is just too good. So I knew this but the targeted person I was trying to explain this to said IM THE MANIPULATOR which if im not wrong that's considered reflective narcissism, but also the person who was boosting the target persons esteem kept convincing the target person that she doesnt need to be spoken to that way as if I was saying things wrong when in fact I was simply trying to open the target persons eyes. Now that target person is gone and believed and fell into that master manipulators lies and moved in with that person. How long do u think it will take before the targeted person finally opens their mind and realizes?
