Such a great workout! I love that you do everything with us and not just show us one excersize and let us do it all alone. I love that you are talking the whole time so all I have to do is listen and I won't get distracted! It was a killer by the way but I loved it. Will come back for sure

I've been inspired to get back to working out after seeing a 30 day boxing class challenge on youtube and I thought your channel would be a great place to start! I travel a lot for work so don't have time to commit to the gym and I don't have a lot of space where I currently live, so this workout I can do every day after work in our room. Thanks Rebecca!

Hii Rebecca.I love your videos.Can you make a full workout plan for people having full time job in computers and no access to gym.I have that kind of job and my butts are really really flat now and also the hurts when I sit.Plz make a video targetting those especially the underbutt and pelvis butt area.Also the shoulders-neck area.
These are great ideas thanks Rosalin! I'm sorry if you are currently stressing over limited down-time and gym access, but that's why I like to keep most of my workouts simple and free of any equipment. I have noted your suggestions though and will start tailoring some moves! Thanks again! ❤️
