What a workout, hard but rewarding. I had to pause for a little bit more than those 20s after each exercise halfway there, but used 12,5kg dumbbells, except for the triceps kickback (used 10kg) and the front, lateral and rear fly ones (used between ~7kg and 10kg). For the overhead triceps, I used a 16kg kettlebell; easier grip for me. What I love about this workout is that, even though it’s a no repeat workout, the previous exercise always leads up to the next, thus progressing the movements. Very well designed.
@RamiSaif-fw7mv Yes it does, but you gotta be consistent. I've been doing Alex's workouts both from youtube and from his app, and after some 3 months the results are great. More Mass, leaner and firmer body. Ofc, it may depend from body to body, but it works wonders for me.
Thank you so much for another Great Session. I started today with two waterbottles but will make sure to get weights soon in order to make full use and progress over time.
Thank you so much for this I love the quick transitions and easy to execute exercises. I was able to complete this whole this till the last 10 sec, using 25lb and 10lb weights. I am 48 ad never felt better. but I want to be able to push out that last bit. thanks for the great motivation.
Found this little beauty to give my upper body a bit if a kick start as i get back into training.. Brillant cross section of exercises... can't fault Alex's follow alone UA-cam.. Wait until you join his community in the app. YOU WON'T LOOK BACK! 👍
Another fantastic workout. I'm slowly going through your catalog of videos. I appreciate your well thought out routines and your guidance. I try to be careful when doing an overhead press, but it's hard for me to not "recruit" my lower back muscles when doing that. Is that just me? Or is that normal? I do my best to correct for it, but still, it's hard to not curve in.
Hey, it doesn’t really matter because it’s more about your strength and your weight choice 😄 but for defence - the bars are 3.5kg, the yellow is 1.25kg and the orange is 2.5kg
Does anyone have any idea how much weight he uses. I feel like a need a rough guideline about how to scale up or down the weight here. “Lighter or heavier” has already gotten me a little injured
Also just wanted to say this workout is great I use it as a rough guideline for my upper body workouts. This is a great video which has improved my physique greatly. I didn’t want to leave my negative comment without the positive.
Have a great workout! Comment below how it goes for you 😅💪

Do this workout really build muscles?
I mean muscle mass?
