    Try this schedule
    Monday, Wednesday-arms
    Tuesday -back
    Thursday -leg (kill ur legs )
    Friday -shoulder
    Saturday -cardio
    Thanks bro i have been doing since 1 month and got to good in sports and all the excercise of one dumbell are literally a gift for us who got access to one dumbell keep going😊

    Been doing this once a week for 3 months, along with your chest and arms workout in my scheduele, ill be honest at first i was having doubts of the effect but i was finally able to finish the final pulse without a break for the first time and im so proud of myself, thank you for these one dumbell videos! 4kg dumbells btw

    Im doing this workout for at least 3 months, at the beginning i was using 6 kg and 8 kg dumbell, now im doing most of the exercises with 8 kg and 12 kg dumbell. Thank you sir, u are a Legend 🔥🔥🔥

    My wife and I have been using so many of your workouts for the last 2 years and somehow have never actually commented!     I like this video. Easy and I feel my muscles work. I use 8 kg for biceps and 6 or 8 kg for triceps

      yes they are one fo the weakest muscles in shoulder, thats why u should use lower weight dumbells, but i only had access to 4 kg so i used that all the way through

    Been doing all of your one dumbbell workouts for the past 2 months, when should I make these harder to keep gaining muscle? And specially with only having one dummbell? Should i start counting how many reps I do and try to make more reps each with?

      ideally you follow a structure to work out the entire body, for example one day would be triceps chest and shoulders, another day can be legs, and the other day can be biceps and back and then you repeat that until you feel like you arent making progress. thats just one example and it depends on your schedule and goals
