So ive been doing ur biceps triceps one dumbell work out and chest one dumbell love it been doing it for ablut a week and a half i do them back to back once a day. That affs up yo 1hr. Is that enough?
ha! Found that out the hard way. I did your arms workout, rested 5 mins then did this chest workout, rested 5 more minutes and went straight into your intense shoulders workout....my body was done for 2 days. never again!!@@AlexCrockford
That’s ok, maybe your triceps need work to build up to the strength of your chest so then you feel it there most. Secondly, you might need some work on improving your mind to muscle connection, by squeezing / contracting your pecs so they’re activated 😄💪 keep working on that technique 👊
Hey well done for joining me! It’s quite normal to feel your shoulders and arms as well yeh. With more training and experience, your chest muscles will work more and more. And over time you will improve your mind to muscle connection, squeezing and contracting the muscles you are targeting. Keep going ☺️💪

I have a 4.6, 6.7 Lb dumbbells and I am struggling on the push-up segment especially the alternate push-up & uneven, But i'm doing my best
Keep practising and make sure you do it on knees when needed too!

Iam new to workout and i can't do pushups my max is 7 or 8 so can i do uneven kneel pushups rather than uneven pushup?
