    Great channel. I had some experience with modeling and gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises and as well as advices on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I really hate it. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

    If someone is doing it on a flat surface then can use a pillow in vertical position supporting back bone and giving a bit elevation close to a bench and add one more for more height

    Loved the workout! I used 7kg dumbbells for the whole workout and i loved it! It was one of the best workouts i ever had!

    fantastic workout and just what I needed to get the pecs fired up. I was tired of the HIITs and you delivered big. I used 15# and 30$s for the bench presses. Close enough.     would bottles of water that way like 3lbs work? or gallon jugs? i do not have access to weights yet, but i'm getting tired of the same old routine workouts.
