      @@Anue_Kronly 3 sets for each exercise. This is a very standard and efficient way to train! Do you want results? Or be entertained every minute? 😄💪

    Thank you so much M. Crockford for this new work out. I really enjoy having you as partner to train at home, in Canada. I like those work out with dumbbells because they are the closest thing to going to the gym. I like your smooth tone of voice, your pace, and the tips and encouragement along the sets, and really appreciate that you don’t sound like a cheerleader on caffeine that doesn’t have an off button.       You could, but I would suggest doing weights 4-5 x per week rather than daily. Maybe use my cardio or abs workouts in between this 😄👊
