Great workout! I have been following since January of 23, and have made a lot of progress. I started with just body weight exercises, and now use dumbbells, and keep increasing the weights. Still have a long way to go, but progress is rewarding. Thanks for the videos!
I have a sprained hand so I did this without weights and modified to standing exercises! Still a great workout that was easily adaptable to my abilities and my shoulders are WARM. :) Thank you!

Thanks for uploading this video man! I'm used to doing the same exercise for 3-4 sets, then moving out to a new one. Never done one where the sets are spread out like this, but I felt it pushing my body. Nice challenge that I enjoyed.

Amazing! What a burner! I can do everything with a pair of heavier dumbbells like 7.5 kilos but I have to come down to 5 or even 2.5 kilos for lateral raises! I just can’t lift the same in lateral raises! What could be the issue?
Well done! That’s not an issue at all, it’s natural that you lift much lighter in those exercises. You can see I really struggled to lift my ones and needed to reduce too. Keep going 😄💪
Is this push workout better than the old 15 min workout, just asking cause ive been doing it for 2 months and i wonder if i should start doing this one instead Thanks!
Hey buddy! Both of them are awesome! But maybe try this one and see if it pushes you more? Especially because it’s double the length, so should be harder
I had a question, i am not sure if you still gonna reply or not but i am wondering about the weight you are using. you said it was 12.5 KG, 8KG and 4KG. the question is 12.5 KG is t 12.5 each? or is it like 6.25 KG each. or 8 KG each or is it 4KG each. also i only have like a pair of 5KG dumbells (each) at home some of the exercises i can reach like full on. but some feels like almost impossible to do.

When working out you need to concentrate on what you're doing but music takes away from that concentration , especially when it sounds like you're in a gay bar !
Please do some videos without music or just turn it down can barley hear you ! Some of us live in an apartment and don’t want to be offensive to neighbors . The music is also annoying .

That’s ok, maybe use something lighter you have around the house if you don’t have lighter dumbbells yet
