Been using 12 kg, the rows and shoulder presses were easy enough thanks to your other 30 min kettlebell video I've been working out with over the last few months, but the twists and push ups brought me to my limit 😄 Thanks for the videos, you're the only fitness guide on UA-cam I've actually stuck with, I love them.
Love this workout and use it every other day (doing the lower body video on other days). Would love to see lower body video like this, with warmups and cooldowns included. Your videos are great!
Wow. This was amazing. I've done so many KB workouts and loved them all. This is something different though. I love that it's a follow along workout for those who can't do it on their own and at home. It's nice slow and controlled movements. Felt that burn at the end. Excited to try you other KB workouts. Another excellent workout Coach Crock! I didn’t have the kettle bell, but working along with you and a 15# dumbbell worked just right. Perfect format with the warm up and cool down, as there are times when I don’t have the time to properly warm up and cold down, but with your workouts, I don’t have to worry about that. Fantastic sets Alex. I bought a 16kg kettle bell a few months back to make workouts a bit more varied, but got bored and switched to heavy band sessions, but this workout really pushed me as my shoulder strength is good but my core is weak.

I'm Jamela a beginner, it's my first time doing this workout and I'm sweaty as hell. I completed it except for the planks one instead of the planks I did weighted sit ups. I felt to vomit during this workout. Is that normal? Anywho I'd like to congratulate myself. I actually did it 🎉😮❤.
Well done! It depends what other workouts you’re doing really. You could do this 1-2 times per week alongside other workouts. But ideally follow a balanced plan that works all muscle groups. Lookout for my kettlebell plan launching in my app this month 😄👊
guys so i’m 15 and wanting to get visible abs and a good looking physique. I am more skinny fat then anything but have love handles. How long should i wait until i see results in my love handles and until I see abs. Also if i’m just trying to build muscle and lose those love handles do I really need to quit drinking sweet teas sodas etc.?
