    During my pregnancy last year and this year, I used your workouts almost everyday to help regulate my gestational diabetes. It helped me so much keep my numbers regulated and kept my weight gain down which was important to me since it can become a high risk factor for my pregnancy. Thank you so much for your content!

    11 weeks pregnant... Woke up on a Sunday morning at 5am exactly as usual looking for a good workout... It looks deceiving but I broke a sweat. Loved it, was so much fun ❤

    20 weeks, feeling quite heavy and tired, but this workout definitely gives me the energy to get through the day, stretches the body parts that are in pain and keeps me fit. Love it

    I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and my OB asks me not to do any intensive workouts this month, so I decide to give this walking workout a try. This is so good, my body feels warm and energized! Will do this again!

    After more than three months of just lying on the couch with hyperemesis and not being able to do anything at all, it's time to do something for my body and my condition again. On the first two attempts I only managed 10 minutes, but today I managed 23💪🏻. But the workout is a lot of fun and good for me! I will definitely keep doing it! Thank you Sally, for this great workout! ❤️

    I'm 23 weeks. I loved this workout. My second time doing it and I will be doing many more times.
    So great when I'm not able to get cardio in outside.

    21 weeks pregnant with second baby. Love that the class is constant movement, no breaks, which keeps the heart rate up and also makes the class fly by! I added some light hand weights for some extra arm spice! :)

    I'm 26 weeks with my first. I'm 68 kg now. My obgyn asked me to keep a check on my rapid weight gain. So I started doing it today. It feels great.

    Thank you so much! I"m 9 weeks and this is the first time I've been able to complete a prenatal exercise! It was challenging but it was honestly low-impact, where a lot of others say they are and I had to stop or shut off the video. I really appreciate that you included a stretch afterward, too!     Im on my 32nd week of my pregnancy. And this really helps a lot for me to keep my blood sugar in normal range ♥️ And to slow my weight gain . Benificial for me and specially my baby

    HI Sally, Your workout has been sooooooooooooo helpful. I started searching for a workout plan at 22 weeks because i was having all shades of body aches and pain and could not even walk for five minutes. I am now 27 weeks and all the pains have stopped. I feel very relieved and relaxed most of the time now and my baby seem more in place now. I can now take a 30 minutes walk conveniently without being tired or panting. Thank you so much!

    Fantastic workout, Sally! I prefer this continuous style to HIIT, with all the breaks. The easy dance-style moves were fun, and kept my preschoolers entertained, too ;)
    I'm only 24 weeks along in my seventh pregnancy, but found this quite challenging - your fitness and strength are very impressive! There aren't many prenatal-friendly cardio workouts on UA-cam, so this was a welcome change.
    I modified a couple of the moves, since I have an umbilical hernia - and paused for a sip of water halfway through.

    I'm 11 weeks preganant as a FTM I am getting depressed with the weight gain. I gained 5lbs already for the past 11 weeks. :( Been looking for a workout and found this one!! So happy!!!!
