I usually have a touch more protein and fat than they reccomend, however their platforms of eating enough fibre, low in processed foods, getting movement in and sleep is VERY helpful for gestational diabetes. Dear Jessica, im in the 3rd trimester and fighting a flu for the last few days. Today I made soup and while it was good, I felt like a corpse after I ate. Usually your videos are more demanding but today this workout was all I could have in me to get moving. And boy am I glad I did. I feel almost alive now. I'll try to do also a sleepy stretch later in the evening. Thank you so much for all your great videos. I subbed immediately after doing my first workout from your channel and I put a like on every video I do. Your work is incredible and helps so many mammas around the world. Specialized pregnancy workouts in my city are crazy expensive and would take forever to commute to, let alone the obvious fact that I can't go when sick. It is a blessing to be able to just throw in whatever I have time and energy for right from my living room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Btw curious detail, walking outside more than 15ish minutes gives me back pain. But your videos including this walking video, never do. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong when I walk but there we go, this was so much better than a 20 minute walk outside. I especially loved the incorporated arm movements. This was a great workout 💪❤

This was natural birth and even I have to admit there was point I thought I will give up,I did it.Thank you for all thous videos and advices,love exercising with you and will definitely continue postpartum ones,after I give my body well deserved rest.One more time thank you ❤

Loved this work out. Definitely on the easier side but I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have been having hip and pelvic pain on one side. This workout was just what I needed to not cause more pain but still be moving.

This has been one of the only workouts I’ve been able to do since 35 weeks due to bad groin, sciatica, and round ligament pain. I can’t even walk more than 10 minutes without pain and somehow this feels good to me!
