23 weeks pregnant, Day 1 of challenge is done. Sweating a lot and breathing is not easy but happy to accomplish.
Just started the challenge at 20 weeks and I am so grateful for this! I was so worried about exercising in case I harmed my baby so I stopped going to the gym but started to gain weight too quickly and feeling sluggish and was loosing self-confidence. I could feel my endorphins rising halfway through this workout and felt so happy to be feeling my body moving again! I feel confident with Jessica's experience and expertise and love the motivational quotes too. I am truly grateful.
39+4 weeks today and feeling amazing! Lots of energy and power ;)
First pregnancy, now 34 weeks. I was a dancer before so I thought I would be super fit pregnant but the first months were rougher than expected. I gradually started moving less, though I didn't stop completely. I guess I just had too many changes at the same time as pregnancy. Did your 7 day challenge in like 2 weeks lol and now I want to succeed with this new 14 day challenge. My heart is the one that keeps making me stop, not so much the other muscles. I think I'm just not used to this belly and feeling out of breath so quickly. Thank you for being an inspiration to not stop.
I relate to this comment because I am also a dancer and I thought coming in this pregnancy I will be very energetic and flexible but it's not easy, all thanks to these challenges because I know a safe way of still keeping fit and ready for motherhood
I came here to say I just love your uplifting energy and the work you put in here for us FOR FREE! First day of my third trimester, been doing your workouts almost daily and it really makes a difference. This is the second time doing the 14 day challenge and it's a bit more challenging with the growing belly, but still super doable! Perfect! I'm at 15 weeks and I'm so grateful for this challenge! I as pretty active leading up to pregnancy but once I became pregnant, basically all exercise went out the window with the onslaught of daily nausea. I'm so excited to have something to follow for the next two weeks (and longer) to get me back into the groove.
I was the same! Barely did anything first trimester I felt so bad. Now in my 20th week and feeling much better and exercising again. We got this!

17 weeks and just started today!!! I absolutely love this channel. Hubby is a bit worried about my condition as I've never been very active, and we both want my body to be in the best shape possible for birth. So I'm super glad to have a whole channel of videos I can follow without having to worry about hurting baby!!

Just completed this challenge and I’m back for the 2nd round. I pretty much abandoned exercise during the first half of my pregnancy and it was getting me down. 31 weeks now 🙌 almost died so had to slow down a bit, but it feels great 👍 so glad that I found this channel, it helps me to control my gestational diabetes for a month now since I've been diagnosed 🤞❤️

Thank you for these videos! Every time I tried to do hard HIIT workouts I kept miscarrying early on. Then I was so afraid to exercise at all so didn’t for the whole first trimester. So happy to find exercises that still feel beneficial and challenging but not overdoing it. Nice to feel confident that these are created for pregnancy and safe for mother and baby

13 weeks and have been eating fast food and junk and laying around, it’s all I’ve had energy or an appetite for! I also gained some extra weight from a miscarriage earlier this year and some eating my emotions after I think too. Feeling chunky and discouraged but day 1 of making better choice starts now! Currently 25 weeks pregnant and been following your workout videos since starting second trimester. I am based in the UK and struggled to find a workout regime that worked for me during pregnancy. I'm so exiting because I was looking for a yoga pregnancy classes and I found Jessica, and did three classes before this, and I so happy and grateful for have found this one, I was really disappointed because I thought that I couldn't do exercises during my pregnancy because I have been passing through for different process and difficulties during my pregnancy, but my doctor told me that I can start again and this was my first class of cardio which I did on my pregnancy process and I loved !!! thanks a lot Jessica for sharing your knowledges and expertise ... Thank you! This workouts are amazing!! This is my 2nd pregnancy and of course my 1st one I didn’t focus on my health and weight. Took me 6 years to finally work on myself and I loser 46lbs! Now 8 years later, I’m pregnant with my 2nd child (knock on wood) and I’m so putting my all for my baby and myself have a healthy weight pregnancy. Was doing good but lost track after day 4, but doesn’t mean I’m giving up!!! Looking forward doing these workouts until I either give birth or I can’t hold myself up hahaha

I'm 36+4 wks and this was so good for me! I haven't done a cardio workout in so long because of so much pelvic/pubic and lower abdo pain. Felt great to break a sweat and didn't seem to increase my pain. Looking forward to continuing this challenge :)

Thank you for this channel! I’m 11 weeks today and starting to feel a little more alive and decided it’s time to kick it up a notch. I’d been sticking to workouts around 20 minutes and love your 17 minute pregnancy sculpt video but I’m ready for a little more. I’m usually not a big fan of cardio but this was really fun! I’m so sweaty. Can’t wait to do the rest! I’ll be just about out of the 1st trimester when I get to the end of this challenge! 🎉

23 weeks and loved it! Sweating! had to slow down a bit to keep my balance and change out the weights on different exercises to lighter or heavier. I will continue to do this!

I'm in week 25 and I must say I needed many extra breaks 😅 I had really bad 3.5 months of constant vomiting when I had no energy for even basic activities so my body is very weak and I need to be extra careful. But wow I haven't been that sweaty since early pregnancy 😅

3 months pregnant, this is a strong pregnancy workout, I love it !!! Pregnancy workout are very often too soft for me as I am a very sportive woman
I'm 27 weeks now and I haven't done any proper workouts in awhile but this was the right intensity level for me (I took some of the moves slower though). I think my legs will be achy tomorrow but hopefully this is the start of me exercising again in a bit more of a routine!
