    16 weeks at age 30! Baby #3 in 2023. Things like staying active is not motivating anymore thinking I don't have time. BUT these videos help me carbr out a small amount of time for my own self-care. I was an athlete and staying active was a struggle recently but feels so right when I am done with these workouts!!
    Day 3 down 🎉

    38 weeks with my rainbow baby at age 25. I definitely have hated you sometimes but I have stuck with these workouts until the end. BP is always great and I didn’t lose any of my mobility throughout this pregnancy.

    I love these! I recently got diagnosed with covid at 17 weeks, and I feel like having these exercises during my day has helped me immensely with energy and my body healing itself. The past two days I incorporated your yoga stretch classes instead of the challenge exercises, but today I am feeling up to this so here we go!

    Great workout! I'm digging this challenge 👍 I'm currently 32 weeks, and I'm seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist for muscle tightness. She was very impressed at my hip/leg strength, and she asked what routine I was doing. I told her about you and your workout videos. She said she's going to recommend your videos to her clients 👏

    36 weeks and I’m still going. This is probably my last time doing the 7 day challenge but I plan to keep doing Pilates/yoga/stretching along with daily walking until the end. I’ve been here since week 17 when I found your channel and I’ve only gained 20 lbs this pregnancy. Thank you so much for making these workouts.

    Wow! Really loved this workout! I’m only 10 weeks and I’m using this challenge to get going again after a near month of laziness, nausea and exhaustion. I do the workout first thing after getting kids to school and I feel so great moving and getting my heart rate up again.
    I like the length of them also and I really really like the long cooldown.

    Love this new videos from your workout challenge! It’s just what I need! Also as a mom I love that each workout has a warm up and cool down included so I don’t have to add additional time for that since I’m squeezing workouts in before my child wakes up!

    Love all of your workouts! When I had to stop daily running at week 29, I switched to doing your cardio walking workouts instead combined with yoga and sculpt training and feel amazing! 31 weeks in, thank you for everything you are doing!

    Following this challenge this weeks, legs are still sore from day 1 lol. Maybe its just my pregnancy brain but whenever you say "now switch to the other side", my mind blanks and I can't remember which side I just did haha. If you could specify which leg to do what with that would help me :)

    Thanks for another great workout! One suggestion. Would be possible to have, maybe in a separate video, on how to for all the difference exercises? Sometimes I got confused because I don't really know the name of the exercise, and the video is going and I know that if I stop it, I will lose momentum.     Thanks for making this challenge!! Makes it easy to decide what workout to do each day 😄 I have to modify a couple things due to symphysis pubis pain but it’s been improving so I can do pretty much everything but lunges! I just do extra squats in their place 😊

    I mean, got my blood pumping but some of these motions are just awkward to do (and slightly confusing). Like the step out step ins. I ended up tiptoeing in place

      It’s up to you! One a day is amazing! But some mothers do a couple per day if they feel good and have the energy/ time 💞
