Thank you! 30 weeks with hypermobile ehlers danlos. I have to do it in halves to fourth, and change a few things bc of dislocations, but its very easy to make the adjustments I need and helps manage my pain. ❤
I’m so glad you’re finding ways to make the workouts work for you, even with the adjustments. It’s amazing how you’re managing everything with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos. Keep listening to your body and making those changes as needed-you’re doing an incredible job! ❤️
