    Idol sablay ako sa tip #4, 5:30am ako gumigising then 8pm out ko sa trabaho, magbubuhat ako mga 8:45/9pm depende pag nkarating agad sa gym, mhigit isang oras nailalaan ko sa pagbuhat, let say 10pm tapos nko magbuhat, byahe pa pauwi tas pahinga, halos 11pm nko nkakahiga
    minsan late pa, pro wla nkonh ibang gnagawa non. .
    any suggestion idol para mkabawi ako ng pahinga

    I'm 32 , 5'5 and 75kg. I'm over weight gusto Nila ito malapad at Hindi masyadong Mataba kailangan ko Lang mag gain ng muscle . Ang goal ko is 62kg. I'm almost 2 months in Calorie deficit ang kailangan kong calories para Mangayat is 1700. Nahhirapan po ako mag build ng muscle what should I do. I maintain ko yung 1700 or dagdaggan ko po ang calories ko.

    Coach Jacob, I know that bulking is very expensive. Student pa lang ako and gusto ko na mag-lean bulk? May tips ka ba para dito?

    What really helped me gain weight was dirty bulking. I consume two scoops of serious mass every day and eat 4-5x a day. Well, it worked out pretty well, i got stronger and bigger but the takeaways are the stretch marks on my armpits and on my thighs, the belly fat and the face fats. Lol

      Yes rapid weight gain can stretch the skin. It takes a while to shed off as well based from my experience

      U dont need mass gainers that crap is full of sugar and less quality protein all u need is to eat 5-6 meals a day ... protein powder that contains 80% or higher protein combined with creatine powder 5g, 1 scoop... drink gallons of water... mass gainers gives u the shits in the toilet

    Sir halimbawa po im fucos on my chest,tricep and leg and i do gym 3 times a week so halimbawa 2200 colorie need ko mabuburn din bayun kung mababawasan sya sir di magkukulang ako so need koba dagdagan ang colorie ko kasi nagburn ako?

      Don't add back the calories na na burn mo. Dapat naka factor in na ung workout calories sa 2200 calorie intake. If weight does not move after a week or 2 increase/decrease based on the goal

    Bossing, sa video nakita kitang kumain ng fast food. I'm currently cutting kasi so far visible na ang result pero i want to go further. Sawa na akong kumain ng clean gusto ko kahit 3 times a week mkakain ng guilty pleasure. Ok lang ba kumain ng dirty minsan as long as calorie deficity parin?

      Yes once in a while to curb the cravings. Basta incorporate mo sa diet mo deficit pa rin with high protein. Minsan minsan lang everything in moderation 👍🏻

    Kuya tanong lang lean bulk din po goal ko eh kuya tanong po dto po ako naguguluhan eh dba po 5x ako kain in a day tapos morning po work out ko break fast tapos work out na tapos post meal kainna naman ang taning kuya pano ung 3 to 5 meal ko indi poba magiging fat un? Additional ung barbell kopo 15 killos ok lang ba un kuya pag lean bulk at eto pa kuya pag lean bulk ba mawawala ung abs na pinag hirapan mo? Tapos ung arm moba tataba? Ung katawan koba tataba? I hope ma sagot nio kuya thamk you!!

    Gusto ko lng lean body consistent anong mapapayo mo kasi di ko apam papano imeassure unv orotein n iniintake ko basta uwas fats ang carbs lng gngwa ko more on protein lng d ko n memeassure pa then n gamit ako ng golden standard whey.

      Balance lang dapat may carbs and fats pa rin. Focus on lean meat Chicken breast etc.
