I'm 32 , 5'5 and 75kg. I'm over weight gusto Nila ito malapad at Hindi masyadong Mataba kailangan ko Lang mag gain ng muscle . Ang goal ko is 62kg. I'm almost 2 months in Calorie deficit ang kailangan kong calories para Mangayat is 1700. Nahhirapan po ako mag build ng muscle what should I do. What really helped me gain weight was dirty bulking. I consume two scoops of serious mass every day and eat 4-5x a day. Well, it worked out pretty well, i got stronger and bigger but the takeaways are the stretch marks on my armpits and on my thighs, the belly fat and the face fats. Lol
@@JacobAlava Up until now coach, nandito pa rin yung taba hahaha mag 2 years na. Pero i'm starting to weigh everything especially rice kasi malakas talaga ako mag rice ever since..
U dont need mass gainers that crap is full of sugar and less quality protein all u need is to eat 5-6 meals a day ... protein powder that contains 80% or higher protein combined with creatine powder 5g, 1 scoop... drink gallons of water... mass gainers gives u the shits in the toilet

Sir halimbawa po im fucos on my chest,tricep and leg and i do gym 3 times a week so halimbawa 2200 colorie need ko mabuburn din bayun kung mababawasan sya sir di magkukulang ako so need koba dagdagan ang colorie ko kasi nagburn ako?
Don't add back the calories na na burn mo. Dapat naka factor in na ung workout calories sa 2200 calorie intake. If weight does not move after a week or 2 increase/decrease based on the goal

Yes once in a while to curb the cravings. Basta incorporate mo sa diet mo deficit pa rin with high protein. Minsan minsan lang everything in moderation 👍🏻

Yes rapid weight gain can stretch the skin. It takes a while to shed off as well based from my experience
