    Calories po talaga idol. Sa mga gusto magpapayat. Calorie Deficit talaga ang sagot kahit na saang sources of foods mo pa kunin yan. as long as mas mababa sa maintenance calories mo yung kino-consume mo per day. Papayat ka talaga in the long run hehe. Kasi hindi ka naman agad-agad papayat in a day lang mga idol hehe. Vise versa lang kapag gusto mo magpalaki o magbulk. Mas mataas lang ulet sa maintenance cals. 💯 then observe tas saka mag adjust.

    Ako morning quacker oats tass isang boiled eag. Lunch at Dinner is 1 cup of rice lang okay na, Kahit anong ulam okay na. Then 15 days narin ako nag 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, Bali challenge for 100 days then grabe yung pinayat ko sa ganon lang na workout tass lumalaki narin muscles ko. Hope may na motivate sa ginagawa ko :)

    Edit pinaka salient points sa video:
    1.) Ang rice ay source of carbohydrates na kailangan para magkaroon ng energy. Pag hindi ka kumain ng rice at kapos ang calorie in-take mo, manghihina ka workout at papayat ka talaga.
    2.) Hindi reason ang rice kung bakit ka tumaba or pumayat. Nasa bilang yan ng calories ng mga kinakain mo.
    3.) Kailangan pa rin ng balanced na diet. Proteins-Carbs-Fat

    Tama ka-Saiyan. Importante ang rice. Wag lang talaga sobra sa rice balance diet dapat at exercise. Saka depende rin sa Body type. Ako Ectomorph ang Body Type ko. Mabilis metabolism ng katawan ko kaya mas mabilis din matunaw mga kinakain ko.

      Exzyla Ang fuel source ng katawan ay maaring galing sa carb at fat. Kahit konti ang carbs kung sapat ang fat, hindi ka mababawasan ng muscle basta fat adapted ka na tulad ng mga keto dieters. Pag parehong kulang sa dietary carb at fat, saka lang gagamitin ang dietary protein para sa energy. Kung naubos sa dietary carb, fat and protein, yung stored glycogen ang susunod. Pag naubos ang stored glycogen, yung body fat ang susunod. Matagal maubos ang body fat depende kung gaano ka kataba. Pag konti na ang body fat, doon lang gagamitin ng iyong katawan ang muscles. Ang record ng pinakamahabang fasting ay 382 days, walang pagkain kundi tubig at vitamin supplements lang. Body fat lang ang fuel source. Note: pag hindi ka pa fat adapted, maaring gumamit ka ng energy galing sa muscle pero sa simula lang ito at konti lang.

    Here I'll give my food plan every day.
    Monday - *1 meal only. ( 1 rice or half, Protein na ulam ex.Sardinas, Century tuna, Hard Boiled Egg + gulay ) 7-8 Glasses water. as much as possible wag niyo na lagyan ng asin mga niluluto niyo.
    Tuesday - *1 meal only. ( no rice, high in protein & Fiber ex.Tofu, Hard Boiled, Steam Okra, Tuna )
    Wednesday - Repeat menu for Monday pero carbs ko kamote, kamoteng kahoy, Patatas.
    Thursday - Repeat Monday Menu
    Friday - No Carbs Diet repeat Tuesday Menu
    Sat - Repeat Monday Menu.
    Sunday - Cheat Day. ( hindi porket sinabing Cheat day kakain ka naman ng sobrang dami. Limitation pa rin tikim tikim na lang talaga )
    Before I sleep 2 tbsp of ACV ( Apple Cider Vinegar Best brand is BRAGG unfiltered) na hinalo sa Water
    My WORK OUT 6x a week every morning para mataas testosterone LEVEL malakas tayo sa umaga promise.
    Drinks ko yung Soya milk na galing sa mag tataho 60php lang isang 1.5Ltrs
    SANA MAKA TULONG MGA ERP 22 DAYS KO 8KLS BINAWAS KO.

    100 % agree. ako di nakain ng rice pero substitute ko sa rice is Taro or,potato, or sweet potato.... pede din mag white rice kaso doesnt have as much nutrients compared to root crop vegetables.. also controlled yan just as much as i would eat rice. NO OVER EATING!

      @@ungax4591 even just steroid does work anyway. you can see the research that said a person who uses steroid and no excercise tend to have more muscle growth compared to the one who doesnt use steroid but do excercise in 6 weeks. let that blow your mind. and by looking at the figure of ken, i can say that he is obviously on steroid.

    you need carbs for energy to pump those gains.. rice for post and pre workout. pag walang workouts or off season eh di control pang maintenance. ganyan lang. workout 2 hours per day. push pull leg x2 = 6 days per week.

    I totally agree sa lahat ng sinabi mo boss ken...its all about balance diet and depende sa goal and katawan...based on my experience No rice ako for 5 years ko while nsa abroad ako. It helps me reach my goal to expose my abs while maintaning my muscles having 2% body fat and my weight is 69 kilos. Mataba kse ako sobra dati 120 kilos and im 5'9 so nung inalis ko ung rice ko na gamit ko ung fats and even ung stored fats ko as my fuel source of energy and achieved my goals including training for abu dhabi triathlon for a year.
