Cutting out carbs and sugar works really fast 🙌🏻
It sure does!
70% of my diet is carbs...triglycerides never high
@@dannyspitzer1267 that’s fantastic 🤗
Worked for me in 2 weeks.
@@brandyhenegar8594 YES 🙌🏻
Thank you. Getting rid of sugar is the best way also. Number one probably since sugar turns to fat I believe. Doctor Berg. Also, I love exercise. Endorphins.
Excessive calories turn into fat regardless of where they cane from! ,but sugar and calories from processed foods will definitely get you there quicker!!
Another way to skyrocket your HDL levels is to increase your saturated fat intake..like, grass-fed red meat, grass-fed ghee or butter. My HDL was 32, although i was exercising regularly.. Since i started my Ketogenic lifestyle on 6/2022, and i started eating healthy fats like real EVOO, fatty fish like wild wild-caught Salmon and sardines, and increase my saturated fat intake by eating grass-fed red meat, chicken with the skin on and eating grass-fed ghee and butter. As a result, my triglycerides dropped from 111 to 66 and my HDL increased from 32 to 64...My triglycerides/HDL ratio is a very heart healthy 1.03, which signals insulin sensitivity or no insulin resistance.
Your have cool hair and also are nice for giving helpful advice. Much love to you. 😍😍😍 and also peace to you!!!
Thank you for sharing this video. ❤
You're welcome!
İts basically a alarm signal that your lifestyle is not optimal. İf cortisol is to high it will signal your body a fight/flight response saying the body is in danger please raise bloodsugar and triglycerides to survive. So you have to drink, sleep, think, breath, move, eat right. İf you sleep is not in rythm with the sun -> stress, if you think too negative -> stress, -> if you move to much or to less -> stress, if you do not drink quality water in good amount -> stress, if you do not eat organic food according to your body type -> stress, if you do not breath right -> stress.
Stress has many faces and cortisol is linked to every body process.
ThankYou ThankYou ThankYou ❤
Thank you very much. ❤
Thank you well explain
Glad it helped
You are 100 percent right. I am 280 lbs writing this.. my HDL level is good but my LDL and triglycerides are sky high. I hate hearing the word exercise 😂😂
i purchased a used nustep machine . So easy to do .
Try to love hearing the word, else you might not be able to hear it anymore
So I got my blood work back from the doctor and I have an alarming amount of triglycerides, time to make a change.
This video might helps you with your problem :)
Hi, fasting and low carb diet might also help. That is what I did and my triglycerides went down dramatically.
my triglycerides is 555

#4. Treat hypothyroidism. I lowered sky high triglycerides by 80%
Really???? Waoh and I have subsclincal Hypothyroidism.
@@edimoelvis9904 Yes. There is an inverse relationship between hypothyroidism and triglycerides. It goes virtually ignored.
how did u address it..synthyroid med?
@@edimoelvis9904Yes I had Triglycerides of 1,080 and lowered them to 200 with thyroid hormone replacement. The inverse relationship between thyroid hormone and lipids is well established in medical literature, but oddly nobody talks about this.
@@matchamag4279-Yes. I had a TSH of 8.0 and was treated for the hypothyroidism with synthroid. Much to my surprise my tryglycerides plummeted from 1,080 to 200 in about 6 weeks.
Thanks
Welcome
Whats about flaxseed oil?
Spirulina and cod liver oil are the best for cholesterol, triglycerides, watch Drs. Eckberg, Berg and Berry. Mine were sooo high, Dr put me in pharma meds. I got so scared, researched and wow next blood work came back “normal”. Dr took me off the med. I also did do activities like walking, running, HIITs a few days a week, like 20 to 40 minutes. Ooh wait… I do IF, too, except on the weekends. Reduced sugar intake. Every little thing you do, be it one by one but keeping at it, will make a difference. Of course, I told dr what I was doing. Surprisingly enough she encouraged me to keep at it.
Also take D 3.... deficiency can raise triglycerides
Need to take d3 with k2 mk7 version!!
Please explain high triglycerides and cholesterol on the carnivore diet with no carbs. I am fit, active woman but triglycerides went to the roof on carnivore
Triglycerides and total cholesterol can be driven by high fat intake, one requirement of being ketogenic on the carnivore diet (to get enough energy intake).
Total cholesterol and ldl both will be higher on any ketogenic diet but in a non pathological manner assuming low triglycerides. With them being high, I would reason there may be a chance of pathogenesis of heart disease even on a low carb diet, but the cause of those triglycerides being high while on a carnivore diet is likely hypoinsulinemia, which different individuals will have different genetic susceptibilities to while eating no/very low carb. Some people are fine with very long bouts of no carbs at all, but you may be particularly sensitive to having too low of insulin. So, I would suggest eating some amount of carbohydrate at some regularity, daily or a few times a week, whichever you'd prefer. If you want to maintain strict carnivore then you can use milk but I see things such as honey or fruit as beneficial and the carbohydrate load of milk may be inadequate by itself to stimulate your insulin needs. If you want to learn more about carbohydrates on a carnivore or animal centric diet then I suggest looking in to the recent work of Paul Saladino, although I think you can be more lenient with starches like potatoes and rice and wheat than he is without it negatively affecting health. Just maintain a high fat/relatively low carb diet, rather than eating large amounts of carbs and fats, but a no carb diet may be harmful for you with your specific genetics or your lifestyle. Physical activity tends to increase need for carbohydrate for ideal health, and physical inactivity tends to decrease need for carbohydrate.

Thank you for your reply.
I went back to my regular food, organic fruits, berries, fermented veggies, raw honey, raw milk and my blood work is fantastic. I am fit, active woman. I was mortified to see my triglycerides so high on carnivore. Saturated fats DO RAISE the triglycerides. Unfortunately, pretty much none of the carnivore propagandists discuss THIS issue with triglycerides and cholesterol levels going UP ON CARNIVORE. This makes these (not) "know-it-all" completely not credible anymore
Maybe due to the way r cooking meat..have to grill or bake or boil as in curries to reduce oil intake..then it will b for good
Going carnivore lowered my triglycerides levels. I'm now at a good triglyceride/HDL ratio.
I have a low functioning gallbladder and my fasting triglycerides were 7,000 … the nurse said nothing about it (it was for a health screening for insurance) should I be calling my dr about that?
Absolutely! It would be worth getting a retest done to confirm that the original test was accurate, then work on what needs to happen next with your doctor.
I’m 27 just got lab results saying my levels are at 209 but cholesterol is normal range how long does it take for effect when changing diet
Hi you should see effects after 3 months
i have high cholesteol can i take fish oil and still enjoy my meals?
Of course, and there are many ways to help reduce your cholesterol (eg swap out saturated fats for polyunsaturated, lose 5% of your body weight if you are overweight, eat more fiber, exercise regularly etc).
Would you suggest omega 3 vs fish oil?
Omega 3 supplements are generally made of fish oil, so I am unsure of your question.
So HDL is good?
My HDL and triglycerides are high
HDL is good, triglycerides you want low
How lower for woman should be??
What does it mean when my HDL and Triglycerides both are high
Maybe you should reduce your carb intake and your fructose/sugar intake and your alcohol intake. If you are woman you can expect to have better HDL than men (in general).
Carnivore. Trigs are 42.
Exercise..of course..jumping rope, jogging, swimming..moving your arms and legs..dancing..bust a move..
My level is 102... Is that bad?
And eating a low carb diet lowers them the most
Plz anyone reply....does consuming almond daily will increase trygliceride and cholesterol...???
Same question from my side
Almonds and other tree nuts can improve blood cholesterol. Studies have shown that walnuts, which have omega-3 fats, may help protect the heart and lower the risk of heart attack for people who already have heart disease.
And you don't need to eat fish (or take fish oil supplements), I haven't eaten fish in 12 years, and my triglycerides are always in the 50 to 60 range
lmao, you missed the point
Then what do you need to do if you can't eat fish ???
Or simply cut carbs.
I give my dog a ridiculous amount of omega 3 through fish oil pills daily (helps his itch problems), I guess I'll start buying more American cheese and fish oil pills for me now.
Check out healthier cheeses - American has dye & also might be causing the itching if you’re giving to your dog. Good luck!
@@bluemoon472 blasphemy!!! There is no healthier or better cheese than AMERICAN. LOL JK JK. Seriously though, do you have any healthier cheese options or ways for giving dogs pills? I feel like premium sliced cheese isn't that much better for the incredible price hike. I definitely think food causes more problems than we realize so I'm always open to changing diet habits for me or the family (or the dog)
@@crispy9175 hey Crispy, yeah, I know what you mean! Maybe try putting it in turkey or bit of chicken or smear w a little goat cheese sometimes. Also could try piercing the fish oil capsule (I just use teeth) & squeeze it onto his food. (Too much fish oil can cause other probs but you probably already know that.)We just got a nice oatmeal & aloe shampoo & dried really well after so no hot spots. We’ve got a double coated dog w tons of fur & she’s doing much better. Much luck to you & your bff!👍🐾
Oh- just thought of something else- our cat started itching like crazy & turns out she was allergic to her food! So, maybe that’s why your dog is itching. At any rate, we changed to a non-allergy food & she stopped itching!
@@bluemoon472 thanks for the advice! I'll try that. Me and the dog are both getting to the age where we have to be more health conscious about foods. Thanks again!

Hi. I am diabetic, 63 yrs old. My triglycerides is 213
Can it be reduced naturally?
Previously I have taken medicine for reducing this as well..
Yes, you can naturally reduce your triglyceride levels through achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight, reducing overall fat intake, reducing saturated fat intake (to less than 10% of your total daily energy intake), consuming more fiber (eg from fruit veg, lentils and oats).
If you need personal help regarding your digestive issues.

Whole food plant based + exercise
@@Joe_LeechThe time in my life when my Triglycerides were at their highest was when I was eating an extremely low fat diet, so I don’t really agree with this info. I was trying to satiate my hunger from eating low fat which meant I was craving more carbs. We know that carbs are actually one of the biggest indicators of high triglycerides, and that people are typically able to reduce their high triglycerides by cutting carbs and adding more fat to their diet.
None of these worked really well for me by themselves, cutting carbs did work. I'd say in conjunction with carb cutting, these would be a good game plan.
Fish that work, sardines, herring, and salmon.
Ok what if u don't have time for exercise? Should I lower my fatty foods?
Do you take the lift/elevator instead of using the stairs?
@@danielstapler4315 no
u do have time for it, you just don't take the time because you don't like it. There is so substitute for exercise, as long as you are human, it is essential.
@derbionatorstyle3421 I know I've learned, there is always a way, you are right.
My triglycerides are 29, should I be worried?what to do to raise it

SO WHY IS MY CHOLESTERAL LDL 184 ? OVERALL 263 ?😮
With the IBS and Fodmap and trying to lose weight with keto i have nothing left. Ur very handsome though. But still very saddening these restrictions.
Um... triglycerides are literally excess carbs on the way to fat storage. so, yes, exercise is a way to pull a few more carbs into your muscles, as glycogen... but even that form of storage is limited. So the fastest and BEST way to reduce your triglycerides is to cut back on your carb intake!
That's what I did. It cut my Trigs in half.
MTC oil😮
It's also in pork steak 🥩 if people like meat lvciddd
Thank you for the omega 3 advice! This will come in handy as the wife hates fish and anything fishy 😂
😂
No. People do not click away because they are told they must exert themselves. They click away because they do not have the energy to exercise as much as they are being told they need to. People do not refuse to do things that won’t help them as long as they have the energy to do them.
Great point there!
@@Joe_Leech
Sadly, speaking from experience. Years and years futile experience.
Why would I have normal triglycerides but high cholesterol? Blood sugars were normal too. Confused. Dr wasn’t much help she just said cut out high fat meat and cheese
Dr. Berg, Dr. Berry, and a lot of great doctors have some videos explaining this, and how high cholesterol isn’t bad as long as your triglycerides aren’t high! We’ve been taught to believe that cholesterol is unhealthy when in fact it’s one of the main building blocks of what makes humans. We need cholesterol in order for our bodies to function properly, and at its best! Take a little time to check out these doctors, and they will give you insight that so many of the doctors that try to tell us what to do lack.
