Sarah Beth is wearing my favorite outfit. The black top and those unique blue leggings look so good on her she reminds me of a superhero. Sarah Beth has changed my life since I've been practicing with her so the superhero title fits. Thank you again for this 21 day challenge. I am enjoying every minute of it. This was a little challenging at times but I was able to pause and rewind until I was able to get it right. Thank you again Sarah Beth.

I really enjoyed this quick 15 min ab yoga. I liked when you said "don't think", just do when going second round of side plank.. it's like you knew what I was thinking lol

Your cues and instructions are always so clear and easy to follow! I feel like I know exactly what I should be doing in each pose. 16 of 21. I have fallen behind a day, had a 13hr shift yesterday and it gotten me out of routine. But tonight before bed I will get day 17 done and will be ready for 18 in the morning! SBY still going!!! Yeah!

I actually attempted this one and did it..i can't believe it! This was a total challenge for me. It whipped my butt but it showed me had more strength that i thought. It was not easy..it was definitely a power practice. Thanks ❤
