    Sarah Beth is wearing my favorite outfit. The black top and those unique blue leggings look so good on her she reminds me of a superhero. Sarah Beth has changed my life since I've been practicing with her so the superhero title fits. Thank you again for this 21 day challenge. I am enjoying every minute of it. This was a little challenging at times but I was able to pause and rewind until I was able to get it right. Thank you again Sarah Beth.

    I really enjoyed this quick 15 min ab yoga. I liked when you said "don't think", just do when going second round of side plank.. it's like you knew what I was thinking lol

    This is a perfect routine for me a complete beginner thanks to Sarah Beth’s expert instruction and encouragement. The meditation at end is a wonderfully relaxing cool down and great life lesson.

    Love watching you! But I have to modify some stretches. Can you please do a 10 minute video for herniated lumbar disc and siatica? No bending, no twisting.

    Thank you for pointing out the glute... I was leaning too much into my toes I guess and was feeling it in my quads. That comment has me readjusting my weight! Whew. That was a workout 😅

    Your cues and instructions are always so clear and easy to follow! I feel like I know exactly what I should be doing in each pose. I really love all the encouragement to keep going or pat on the back midway through. It makes me smile and want to finish each vid. Man, belly savasana felt sooo good after all those side planks!!     16 of 21. I have fallen behind a day, had a 13hr shift yesterday and it gotten me out of routine. But tonight before bed I will get day 17 done and will be ready for 18 in the morning! SBY still going!!! Yeah!

    I actually attempted this one and did it..i can't believe it! This was a total challenge for me. It whipped my butt but it showed me had more strength that i thought. It was not easy..it was definitely a power practice. Thanks ❤

    Is power yoga supposed to feel...a little relaxing? Because I just finished this practice, and while I know I'll feel a twinge or two tomorrow, I'm also pretty relaxed.

    Thank you so so much this truly empowered me who always kinda feels that she isn't doing good enough even in her yoga practice, this video has woken me up from that mindset and reminded me that in the end we are strong and that we are one, thank you so so much!!!
