I couldn’t do all of this today as I fell yesterday outside & am a little bruised today.. but the universe is always with you if you trust it.. I was wondering how I would my daily yoga… and look- a Sarah Beth standing yoga! It’s helped me just focus on something else at the end of a very cold 🥶 day! Thank you 🙏🏽 for always being there ❤

Day 18 ✅ I enjoyed this flow a lot & challenging myself to allow my breath to guide me.
I've been doing yoga for 4 years now and I just wanted a slow practice as I started strength training just a week ago and today was supposed to be my rest day.
I don't know what it is, if it's the heat here in India or me but I sweated profusely during this practice!

Managed to fit this in before heading out to start my day. I think it helped me start the day off well, and I'm glad I took the time to do it.
I have a knee issue that I’m working on, so I find the lower body and balance challenging, but I’m keeping at it and seeing some small progress. I’ve probably improved more than I give myself credit for. Thank you sb.

Ive been doing this same one for a week now. Its almost impossible for me to get down on the floor but Im getting there. I add a few downward dogs at the end for building strength in my arms and to stretch my hips. Its my hips that give me trouble. When Im done I feel so much better. It is working. Your instructions are clear especially with the breathing. I feel my posture improving each day and more mobility in my reach with my arms.

Why is it that I struggle with balance during lunges and warrior poses? And how can I hold my position for longer without feeling wobbly and out of balance?
Squeeze your core to help stabilize, focus on a spot, and practice. As you get stronger this will get easier. 💙 You got this!

I'm proud I did it but my feet are aching now. But the rest feels alive!
A lot of the standing twists are a bit uncomfortable in my lower back. Not sure what that's about.
Your body is likely trying to tell you something, but remember that discomfort is ok, but pain isn't! You may need to work on deeper core strengthening to support your back in twists
