Lovely full body morning class. The length was perfect for a rushed before work class. My daily yoga routine has been in the dumpster for about six months. Doing classes like this really help me to realize how much daily yoga makes a difference in my life. Loved the gentle twists, thread the needle is always a favorite of mine and going into a body twist felt fantastic. I am going to check out the rest of this series, thank you, SB!🧘♀

I'm in my mid 50's and this is probably the 3rd yoga video I've ever tried. I quit half way thru 🤦♀️ Funny thing is I deliver packages for a living and it's very physical work - but I'm struggling with this. I'll be back tomorrow though to try to get further!
I really struggle in hero pose- my bum doesn’t touch my ankles and it feels very tight- are there any exercises to overcome this? I do feel very relaxed but very stretched after this session- thank you!🙏🏽
You can roll up a towel into a sausage or use a bolster or a pillow to fill the gap. (The rolled up towel is my favorite) This way you can get into the pose softly, with time and repetition you will feel it will create more space for you and you will be able to remove the props eventually. 🙏🏼

I would modify with a yoga block or rolled up towel and as you continue your practice you will get better. 🙏💙 you got this!

Once coming to standing after forward fold I get terribly light headed what does that mean?
You may be coming up too fast or you may want to try to keep your eyes focused in one spot as you slowly rise.
