    This has got to be one of my favorites! I love Wild Thing! And the wrist pose where we put the hands underneath the feet pose always feels so good. I don't want this challenge to end lol!

    O my Goodness! It’s just the perfect sequence! I can do this practice every morning for many mornings ahead! And your soothing voice calmly but firmly sets the tone for the day! Thank you very much!

    ❤ This practice was enlightening and felt so good! Choosing my mantra and then saying it out loud as I followed along showed me how doing so meant my moves were coming from that good place and how wonderful if every move today came from this same place. Namistay 🙏

    Lovely full body morning class. The length was perfect for a rushed before work class. My daily yoga routine has been in the dumpster for about six months. Doing classes like this really help me to realize how much daily yoga makes a difference in my life. Loved the gentle twists, thread the needle is always a favorite of mine and going into a body twist felt fantastic. I am going to check out the rest of this series, thank you, SB!🧘‍♀

    Good morning and thanks you so very much for such a wonderful practice. Just what I needed. I've got advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver so I am unable to do a lot of things .     I'm in my mid 50's and this is probably the 3rd yoga video I've ever tried. I quit half way thru 🤦‍♀️ Funny thing is I deliver packages for a living and it's very physical work - but I'm struggling with this. I'll be back tomorrow though to try to get further!

    I really struggle in hero pose- my bum doesn’t touch my ankles and it feels very tight- are there any exercises to overcome this? I do feel very relaxed but very stretched after this session- thank you!🙏🏽

      You can roll up a towel into a sausage or use a bolster or a pillow to fill the gap. (The rolled up towel is my favorite) This way you can get into the pose softly, with time and repetition you will feel it will create more space for you and you will be able to remove the props eventually. 🙏🏼

    Once coming to standing after forward fold I get terribly light headed what does that mean?

      You may be coming up too fast or you may want to try to keep your eyes focused in one spot as you slowly rise.

    You rarely mention what to do with buttocks. Are we supposed to clench or not in standing pose or any other pose?
