This was nice. Especially because the flow is a bit difficult. The focus it requires is nice to stop the thinking mind. Also loved the stretches at the end to slow down a bit

I love these morning yoga flows, I appreciate the effort you put into these videos so much! 🩵 I've been doing your yoga for years with my mum and your videos have become part of our lifestyle.
