Sarabeth really does this right. Her voice and instruction are perfect for me. I like that she talks over the routine rather that as if she's doing it like most other UA-cam offerings. This allows me to practice much better. I've just gotten back into Yoga and feeling better every day!
I love that you get right to the yoga without a 1-3 minute commentary we dont really need.

om shanti shanti shanti..... lovely di... just 20 mins and i love to become active morning bird by doing.... daily practice is a top secret for anyone- who loves everything- to stay in flow within and out.

After extensive searching, this is the only stretch routine video I've found that I actually like and follow daily. It's a great full body set that takes a little work but is still relaxing, and it's not obnoxiously yoga-ish. I love that she makes little comments here and there to remind you to square your hips, drop your shoulders, etc. Really nice video. Thank you!

Sara Beth, this is likely my favorite practice you’ve produced! With C-spine and L-spine fusions, this practice hits all the spots that need attention. I only need to modify forward, seated fold over the legs. Love balance poses are done, too!

I have had series back surgry 2 years ago. I basically had to relearn how to walk, bend, twist....
I have been searching for the perfect yoga to begin to gain back flexability, core strength, while paying much attention to my hips and lower back. Then I found Sarabath, what a blessing. Now I can't imagine not doing her routines every morning to help my sore aching body begin to recover. TY!!

I really enjoy the sequencing of this routine. I look forward to each pose. My body does a little sigh as we go from one to the other.
I liked this one. You had asked earlier about videos of yours that may be too quiet. Not sure if this one is, but I had to focus more to hear you - and I liked that. Made me tune out the outside noises (traffic, heater rattling, etc.) and felt I got deeper in the practice.

THAT SONG!!! I LOVE that song and I just can't find out what it is! Does anybody know? Sounds like Duran Duran - I think I remember it from the 80s - but when I search "I know I'll see the storm tonight" nothing comes up - I must be hearing it wrong. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my neck. I have been persistently doing this routine every morning for a month now and have amazing improvement. My neck pain decreased and sleep quality is much better now.
I always come back to this routine when I'm feeling off, and I always feel more balanced afterwards. Great video.

Thank you Sarah Beth! I have tried many online yoga routines and your style and grace of teaching is one of the best on UA-cam. I suffer from stiff back and legs and migraines and your routines help me tremendously. I think poses are easier to learn when they are repeated several times during the routine as you have them in your videos. The repetition helps me learn and gives a good flow to each session. The music you use is very interesting and I have grown to love it. Especially how you weave the music into each routine. Thank you and I hope you are staying well and safe during this pandemic.

This is a nice relaxing integrated flexibility routine between my heavy resistance-training workouts. I've been horribly undisciplined with stretching, so this is a lifesaver and, surprisingly, a treat.♥️

I have done easy, stretchy yoga routines for years. This came up today, and I was surprised at what I can do! As someone who has lost 100 lbs, yet still has about 50 extra pounds on me, and extra skin, it was motivating and challenges me to keep trying the things I struggled with.
