Really loved this video, especially your commentary on stress at start and end. I found it easier to do in the evening as I am very stiff in the morning, from a stress pov it was very helpful after a days work before focusing on an evening of studying ahead❤

I had to hold on to a wall for balance and only did the sequence once. I’ll remember that as my starting point to measure my progress. Practice makes progress.

Just did this and it's really a good one. Flexibility, wake up, gives a great practice session. ( tears at the end, Lordy Be😊 i feel your smooth, calming voice does that too. Plus your voice has "natural sweetness" to eat. Always, thank you for helping in so many ways❤
I did this session and my joints and muscles felt so great. Afterwards I did yesterday’s session for stress and anxiety and feel very tearful now- is this usual?
Omg, I broke out into tears too doing this routine❤ I've done that with a couple other ones of hers too. I figured, wow, yest, I had some definite pinned up or stuck emotions that needed to come out. She has helped me so much and you sound the same❤
This is common for a lot of people. You'll move energy throughout the practice and release any emotions that come up (if you allow yourself to). Keep up the great work 💙
