      When you said that the tears just flowed. Im deep in a sad situation right now and your slow sessions really help me to process and release my grief. Im loving these slow sessions. ❤

      Yeah this line hit like fire, and it makes me think about all of the yoga's I've pushed through, all the poses I've held, and also the wisdom of my body to tell me to stop and sit some challenges out. We're made to do hard things, but something that is hardest is to know our true limits.

      Thank you- I honestly felt so agitated with the slow nature of this session but as it continued on I felt stronger in each of my breaths and felt this renewed strength this vigor - then you ended with a closing phrase that struck so deep and I am left feeling very grateful indeed. This was a secret triumph here. I am so touched by your offerings to us. Thank you

    Really loved this video, especially your commentary on stress at start and end. I found it easier to do in the evening as I am very stiff in the morning, from a stress pov it was very helpful after a days work before focusing on an evening of studying ahead❤

    Oooo I loved this one! And for once, I wasn't almost falling over the whole time! I've found I have to speed my breath up to sync with you, though. Might try it again later, following my breath.

    I had to hold on to a wall for balance and only did the sequence once. I’ll remember that as my starting point to measure my progress. Practice makes progress.

    Just did this and it's really a good one. Flexibility, wake up, gives a great practice session. ( tears at the end, Lordy Be😊 i feel your smooth, calming voice does that too. Plus your voice has "natural sweetness" to eat. Always, thank you for helping in so many ways❤

    I did this session and my joints and muscles felt so great. Afterwards I did yesterday’s session for stress and anxiety and feel very tearful now- is this usual?

      Omg, I broke out into tears too doing this routine❤ I've done that with a couple other ones of hers too. I figured, wow, yest, I had some definite pinned up or stuck emotions that needed to come out. She has helped me so much and you sound the same❤

      This is common for a lot of people. You'll move energy throughout the practice and release any emotions that come up (if you allow yourself to). Keep up the great work 💙
