    i'm 19 and i drive sports bike .And well i'm having back pain for a while .I tried meds and nothing worked, and well i thought of giving this a try and today it self i'm having instant relief.

    Hello ! Pls show exercises I can do for whole body with my tailbone pain. Its been a year now I have this pain. At the moment I do only pranayam and cat and dog pose along with walking everyday. Will really appreciate your help. Thnx. I am 45.

    Exercises are good but not for beginners. First need to stretch and release muscles and do a warm up....then proceed to these.

    Hi mam,
    I feel pain at upper back during bike driving. I have to drive bike 60 km per day. Pls suggest some remedy with Yoga.
    Regularly I do some yoga such as Gomukhasana, Ustrasana, vujangasana, halasana , paschimottasana, sarvangasana along with some free hand .
    Pls guide and advice.
