    I m suffering from pcos becoz of hyperthyroidism...I didn't got my periods at time so...I have been practice ur thyroid and pcos videos exercises...2 day thyroid and another 5 days pcos practice....I hope it gonna help me....ur videos are very enjoying instead of making boring I enjoyed each and every poses....blessed akshaya ❤❤❤❤lots of love..

      same with me too pcos because of thyroid.. it's my last (3rd) month of pcos treatment & I'm doing these exercises, kapalbhati & morning walk from last 3 months really helped me a lot.

      I have hyperthyroidism as well with the same symptoms and refuse to have it removed I will start doing this exercise and see how it works.

      But I started strict diet by restricted all the processed food and fast food only homemade dishes and one bowl of fruits and one glass boil drink of ginger and cinnamon...and I swear I got my periods within 20 day ...after long period of two and half month....

      @user-yq3nh7bx1o yes a strict diet is very helpful i also did it coz i also suffer from colon problems and believe me it's all connected to thyroid failure, as well as vitamin d

    This is a great practice. Thank you. I really like your energy. One suggestion would be to slow it down so we can hold the poses longer. It moves a bit fast from one pose to the next. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share this practice .

    Hi Akshaya. I would like to take a moment to thank you. I had thyroid and pcod which has almost crossed limits. Now i can say with this yoga my thyroid and pcod has come to normal. I did this for continous 3 months.. started from January to April mid. And i could see the change.
    Now i really wanna lose weight. Could you please suggest which to opt. (Note am taking hormones tablet for regularise periods after docs suggestion)

    I Akshaya i am your new subscriber today i just saw your video on UA-cam... I have thyroid issue My Tsh is actually 7 and i gained so much weight and now from the last 2 years i saw a problem in my periods... Blood flow is low actually and i visit to the doctor and she prescribed for thyron then i take it for 3 months but this is for life so i just stopped it and now i am in trouble because in this month my periods are not coming and i am actually worried about it... Please recommend me a diet plan and also some yog asanas which helps me 😢😢...

      This is hatha practice love.. Breathing is normal.. Deep in and ex in every asana.. Only vinyasa yoga we have inhale in one and exhale in flow.

      Drink coriander water on empty stomach soak it over night and at the morning drain it and boil till half glass water remains it's very effective

      @@Coff03 You can do on the same day if you have energy. Try to incorporate both in your fitness routine. It doesn't matter anyways as long as you are moving with consistency 👍🏻
