I m suffering from pcos becoz of hyperthyroidism...I didn't got my periods at time so...I have been practice ur thyroid and pcos videos exercises...2 day thyroid and another 5 days pcos practice....I hope it gonna help me....ur videos are very enjoying instead of making boring I enjoyed each and every poses....blessed akshaya ❤❤❤❤lots of love..

But I started strict diet by restricted all the processed food and fast food only homemade dishes and one bowl of fruits and one glass boil drink of ginger and cinnamon...and I swear I got my periods within 20 day ...after long period of two and half month....

This is a great practice. Thank you. I really like your energy. One suggestion would be to slow it down so we can hold the poses longer. It moves a bit fast from one pose to the next. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share this practice .

I did this for continous 3 months.. started from January to April mid. And i could see the change. Now i really wanna lose weight. Could you please suggest which to opt. Yoga is very essential in thyroid. For hypothyroid drink coriander water everyday and take digestion support and gotu kola capsules by planet Ayurveda.
Will have to have thyroid taken out due to cancer. Can this work with the medication? Love wellbeing lifestyle and appreciate all the power of healing practices.

This is hatha practice love.. Breathing is normal.. Deep in and ex in every asana.. Only vinyasa yoga we have inhale in one and exhale in flow.
