    I'm 23...I never really thought I was out of shape or my body was aging beyond my years, but good GOD I'm more out of shape than I thought. This was harder and more painful than any workout I could do at the gym. I have such terrible tightness in my hamstrings and groin-pelvic muscles, I couldn't even go half as far as you did in the video. Looks like I'll need to keep this up for a while, lol.

      Or 72 like me! Can’t get my knees that low to the ground in cross legged position and do suffer a bit of low back pain but this was a lovely session and twists always help- thank you Tana 🙏I’ve subscribed 😊

    Suffering with chronic low back pain, this gentle practice was very helpful! The lizard pose was especially therapeutic. Lower half of my body is sooo tight, this really helped. Thank you Tana❣️

    I’m 44 with 2 kids and half a left kneecap but I am in better shape now than when I was 19/20. I love the strength and flexibility I have now.
    You just have to keep the juice in the joints moving or you will “rust” and become stiff. Synovial fluid is what you release that lubricates your joints when you do the slow , easy movements in yoga , Qigong, or in that Essentrics workout with Miranda Esmonde-White.
    If you do quick, jerking movements your body will tense up as a protective reaction. Working slowly , maintaining your mind muscle connection , and proper breathing will help you maintain your mobility and strength 😊
    No medicine from a doctor compares to a sweat-tastic workout! You feel powerful and like you can conquer anything afterwards ❤
    Never give up and always remember that you’re worth it!! ❤❤

    Hi Tana, thank you so much for this! I’m 63 and suffer from chronic lower back tension and pain due to some degeneration of the discs in my lower back. Did yoga in college so when I started looking for something to help my reduce the pain and tension; came across your video here. I do this daily every morning before I start my day and it helps immensely! Namaste and thank you! 🙏

    This is very similar to the stretches my physical therapist gave me. Now that my visits are done for the year, this will be a nice guide to follow along to at home. Even though I pretty much know everything already, I prefer structure. Thanks! You have a very soothing presence.

    Oh my gosh! I found this video 2 weeks ago. I have severe lower back pain to the point where I can’t move. I started this when I found it, and it helps SO much. I found a couple other videos that do not help like this video does. I keep coming back to it. I missed it a couple days, and my back started hurting again. Thank you so much for posting this! ❤

      the deep half lunge was so far beyond what I can do, I can't look like you, so wil try and adapt Inflexible people arent always beginners ...teachers assume this

    This was the perfect 10 yoga session that I needed for my back pain! The season change has made my muscles ache so much more and with a 1 year old and so much to do around the holiday season, this was so helpful to be able to get some stretching in and relaxation. So thankful for this!

    This is my favorite flow for feeling achy and tight. I like to do it first thing in the morning or on nights I can't get comfortable to sleep. I always feel amazing afterwards

    I've been doing yoga on and off for few years, which sadly was a reason for a lower back injury. I have tried alot of different class and healing modalities, some of which have helped. But honestly, this was a beautiful session & I felt it everywhere where my body was asking for attention. I look forward to repeating this class and seeing the results overtime. Thank you

    Im a 6'5 260 veteran male tattooer. I was super skiddish bout trying yoga. But the pain made me wanna try something. This was easy for me try and ya made it easy to learn. And less scary. Appreciate knowledge and help. Thx

    Spent my life weightlifting and fighting in mixed martial arts until I was hit by a semi years ago and suffered a back injury. Been seeing a chiropractor for years with limited results. Yoga may be my newfound love. After a few days of following along with your video my low back already shows signs of improvement and more flexibility. Thank you so much.

    My mom has a back pain for 7 months and it is getting worse when the pain runs to her legs. I sent her your video and after 3 days, doing this twice per day, she told me the pain had been released and it really worked.
