Love your videos! Have had 3 surgeries in 3 years and in my menopause era. So I’m about 25-30 lbs overweight. Struggling with the 20 min videos which would have been so simple years ago. But not giving up & I appreciate your advice and workouts. Thank you

im here to help my mother loose weight, she told me if she tries to lose weight alone she won't be able to do it so I'm looking for easy workouts to help her, ill try to do this one with her tomorrow and see if she enjoys it ♥️
