When I first saw your videos, I thought, how can these possibly work for menopausal belly fat, so instead of doubting thomas's method, I said, "Why not give these exercises a try , I took a before photo and it is my fifth week and I am surprised to see in the short time my stomach reducing and taking some form, I will take another photo in my third month and will compare. I am so pleased, I have challenged myself with another friend who can reach their target, and this motivates us both. 😅 I started a weekly planning meal prep, which keeps me on track. I am looking forward to seeing my final photo. I may be brave to share, lol. ❤ one step for womankind one step for all. 🎉

Ugh , menopause is horrible , my body doesn’t feel like my own anymore . Don’t even like going clothes shopping . I have limited space to work out im my home and a bad back so this looks do able thanks .
I'm 63 and have had a horrible menopause, I'm putting it all right by eating zero carb also known as carnivore. Been eating this way and fasting regularly for 2 1/2 years and feel great, it also helps injuries and pain. Give it a whirl!
You don't need much space, I do these in a 6x2 area. Use hand weights and ankle weights once you've built up a tolerance. Take it one day at a time! Movement will make your entire body feel better, I promise!
I lasted 20 mns. First time I can do abs with my protuding peri belly (from size 8 to 14....). I usualy give up within a couple of minutes of the laid on the floor ones as my belly is in the way and it's uncomfortable to do the moves. This I can do, thank you for thinking outside of the box for us!!

Sometimes I have to go a bit slower than you so I don’t face the TV, & appreciate those cues to know when to look back at the TV! I am 76 and wear AFO'S (braces) . I got through half of the routine, and all but a few exercises I am able to do. I have a balance disorder, so have to be careful.
I enjoyed and admire you during this exercise. I love it but financially iam down. I am 58 years old heigt 1 m 60cm weight 97kg and I'm doing all to trim down but to no avail. I am from Cameroon in Central Africa. Thanks
I have two very bad knees. Haven’t been able to watch this entire 25 mins yet, but can my knees handle this, no squats or direct pressure on my knees, correct?
The moves are a bit fast for me and my balance is non existent. But I guess you can do them at your own pace. Only just started doing the workout and I have a break half way. But I also go to a gym. So I hope all this will show signs of improvement
Try clicking on the "gear" icon in the top-right corner of your screen. Then scroll down to the "playback speed" and change it from "normal" to "0.75" speed. This will slow down the video so you can slow down your movements as well. Hope this helps!
