These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

Although I'm below 40 years,but I think these kind of exercise is something that I can start with and keep following as I'm overweight (height- 5'2", weight 68 kg) and trying to get back into shape without hurting my body too much.So I want to know if this exercise is good for me as I'm not in forties and how much weight I need to start with?! I loved the movements, very targeted. I used round three as a cool down and stretch period though. Two rounds were sufficient for me today. Thank you for making these easy to follow workouts!

can't do the leg one, but the rest were good. knackered after 15 minutes 😅
Keep doing it and it will get easier!! Just march or do do knee lifts if you can't do the leg one. xx

these weights look heavier than the ones you use in your other video's. I have to use the 5 lb for the side arm raises, and used 8lb each for the rest

What modification can I do for lunges, I have really bad knees and can't do lunges
Hi! Just try marching on the spot, bringing you knees up high or just try tapping you foot backwards instead of the full lunge. 😊
