these weights look heavier than the ones you use in your other video's. I have to use the 5 lb for the side arm raises, and used 8lb each for the rest

can't do the leg one, but the rest were good. knackered after 15 minutes 😅
Keep doing it and it will get easier!! Just march or do do knee lifts if you can't do the leg one. xx

Hi! Just try marching on the spot, bringing you knees up high or just try tapping you foot backwards instead of the full lunge. 😊
