For past 2.5 months I only did this exercise for 6-7 times a week and the result today I've lost 9kg, my posture became better than before, and I'm still doing this.

Great way to start my day. Am feeling energised and full of positivity for the day ahead. Twenty minutes sessions are ideal for fitting around our daily commitments. Really enjoy your workouts - no complicated choreography but challenging nonetheless - am still a little out of breath x
It is great for anxiety. I have selective mutism. It is a severe anxiety disorder where a person who is normally able to speak does not speak in specific situations or to specific people. it is when I am comfortable that I can speak. I do want to speak though. I am working on that. I am working hard on that!

Thanks for your exercise tips but honestly we need to be informed that it's mostly hormonal. Belly fat is caused by insulin resistance and it's very apparent after menopause. So with a great workout and getting our hormones in line we can make great strides and look like ourselves again, pre-hormonal upset. 😊💯
Yes!! If you look at my Instagram or Facebook page you will see pictures of me when I was overweight and suffering with menopause symptoms. Lost it all through exercise and making the right food choices. :)
“Lose stubborn belly fat in 20 min”. The title of your video is a little misleading don’t you think? Makes one think you can lose belly fat in just 20 minutes! It takes a lot longer than just 20 minutes! You should also take into consideration what you eat and exercise on a regular basis. The rule is 80/20…80% is what you eat and 20% exercise!
I think most viewers are smart enough & have enough common sense to know that this 20-minute exercise routine can help them shed stubborn belly fat *if done regularly* -- Please, literal-mindedness is not a virtue. Let't not pretend we think everybody practices it. As to common sense, one assumes that someone determined enough to do this exercise routine to shed belly fat would also be someone with enough common sense to know they would need to make changes in other habits that had led to piling on the fat to begin with. Now, what could that possibly have included? AH! Food! Too much of it! The wrong kinds of it! Yes, it takes common sense to move the "fat" off the brain & thereby recognize (re-cognize -- re-think) how the problem fat became a problem.
Sooo many people complain about being "fat" but always want the easy solution. Working out every day even just 15- 20 minutes is all it takes. As you stated, it also depends on not indulging in so many junk foods. If you want to be & stay healthy, everything you stated is the way to go! 💪
